I love this gym staff always friendly, my only complaint is the women’s locker room the showers are never cleaned properly I’ve been looking at dirty bandaids and gum x 2 weeks one of the stalls has no shower curtain and has been this way for a month! Otherwise no complaints.

Don't know what to say, really. It's a gym. Plenty of treadmills and recumbents, Nautilus style machines, free weights, endurance tools, a room specifically for abs and lower body exercises, a "speed" training room with set times for each workout, clean restroom/shower facilities, friendly staff

I got a serious staph infection from your facility. I would advise you to clean your gym equipment and adhere to better health practices. I would be happy to pass along the pictures to show you what happened after visiting your establishment. I’m advising anyone I know to cancel their membership

I attended this gym years ago pre-pandemic, and during the pandemic opted more at home fitness but after four years away (and two abroad), came back and decided to sign up again. Nice facilities chill staff although I do wish the times were a little bit more flexible and that they could be open a bit later on the weekends but it’s whatever

Love going to pf. But i will look twice before getting on a treadmill gum on the machine. And now stuck to my sneakers. Who puts gum on the treadmill. Seriously, who does that, i was mad my day at the gym was ruined. But I will still go there it was just one bad experience since I signed up over a year go. So not so bad

Only 2 smith machines leaves people waiting and waiting and waiting to start the main exercise of their lifting program most of the time. Wouldn’t hurt to add a few bench presses or racks to eliminate some of this or add heavier dumbbells so people can substitute a heavy chest press instead of waiting for the smith machine to start their workout every single day. All other ones I’ve been to have at least 3. The one in Amherst had 4 smith machines and 3 actual bench presses.

Ive been a member of planet fitness since Feb of 2022. I was looking for a low key, easy budget with basic gym needs. Since i started going to the gym, i am there about 3 to 4 times a week. I finally found a great place to work out. The staff is friendly and helpful as much as possible. Justin (the trainor) has been helpful with gym workouts and has been able to help me modify my workouts. PF Franklin also updated the cardio equipment which is great however, when you upgraded you also removed ALL the mats that were great for stretching and what i use most for my Core workouts. I'm 5'4" and can barely fit. Comfort is not an issue but the new mats supplied slide all over the place and can not accommodate for many core fitness exercises. I'm VERY disappointed in this change. I want the old style mats back. My membership is up in February of 2023. I may have to rethink renewal since this change no longer works for the workouts i set for myself. I'm not mad but disappointed that i may be on a hunt for another gym. Just supplying a little feedback about the new change in the gym.

I'm a bit conflicted with this planet fitness because it is really well kept, it's clean, and the staff has been very nice, but at the same time, it's uncomfortably small. All of the machines are super close together, which makes it pretty difficult to navigate around the gym. It always feels like you're squeezing through machines to get to wherever you want to be or that you're constantly in someone's way. I also had a quite a few times when the showers in the locker room were full after a workout because there's only four of them. Even when there aren't that many people in the gym, it still always feels crowded. Otherwise, it's a very well maintained gym, which is awesome. So I guess I have to just go with a 3 star rating, just right down the middle of the road. It's a good gym, just way too small.

My parents and I had a month left of our membership and my mother tried to renew with a promo of $1 & $10/mo. The manager Khaysaid to wait until the last month. My parents went back, but the manager said the promo expired, but would try to waive the annual fee. My parents left and never heard back. My mother kept calling but the manager was unreachable. We went in and she said she couldn't waive the fee. Since our memberships expired, she said we would need to pay the annual fees again, $49/ea. She also kept pushing the black card update.The cardio equipment has a lot out of orderCrowd meter is inaccurate

It’s acceptable +. I recently went from the ymca to planet fitness to work out and the equipment is clean and I like that they have duplicates of many of the weight machines.I had help from the personal trainer to accommodate an exercise, and it was helpful, but felt uncertain.The cardio equipment feels stale with old stickers attached, some rust, and retired iPod attachments. But it’s in working order and clean. You can’t beat the price and the bringing a friend is a huge perk.

They Laugh on you and your situation . They don’t even send any emails on customer service relationship if u are not going there years and years but they make sure to charge accounts and charge yearly membership fees . They charge you a yearly membership fees without fail ( non refundable at any coast ) but they don’t want to send any email saying that the change is going to made or any emails regarding why are not active or anything. We went there to close account 6 months ago and told that they are going to cancel it none of they happened . Called twice to make sure it’s closed no response . Customers service is the worse instead of understanding your situation they laught at you AND WHEN YOU DISCUSS WITH THE MANAGEMENT TEAM ABOUT THAT THEIR REPLY IS ’ “ THEY WEAR NOT LAUGHING ON YOU THEY JUST DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION “.So make sure if you go there and they have hard time understanding than they will make fun of u . They don’t want to change their policy ( for canceling the membership) even in covid time.. everything u can do by phone and email even u can close bank account do closing for your house but TO CANCEL ANYTIME FITNESS MEMBWRAHIP YOU HAVE TO BE PHYSICALLY BE TEHRE EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE MOST VULNERABLE TO COVID . I have to select one star to put my but I really don’t what to give any star .
