Place has declined since integrating Milford Collision personnel. If people actually new what was happening behind closed doors I'm sure it would be boycotted. There is a lot of unsafe and illegal activity happening and management looks the other way and refuses to handle it appropriately. Planet use to be a great place but I can no longer support it's ethics and morals within it's operations.

Service staff were great. Had a problem clunking when my JGC was downshifting and shimming at higher speeds. They reset the electronics and balanced the tires. Runs like brand new! Cost was waaaaaay less than I thought it would be.

I have been going to Planet for over a year (even though I live less than 2 miles from another Dodge dealership) and they have always done a great job. In particular, my preferred service technician, Jason, is on top of things and keeps me well informed. He has been a big reason I have stayed as well as the expertise of their service department in general.

Left work early and drive a half hour to get an oil change. Called first and they said no appointment needed per their website. I got there at 4:00 (well before the 5:00 close and they said they were all booked up.
