Been regularly going there since they do carry whatever I can't find at the big dealers, and the sons are the most helpful and kindest dudes you will ever meet. “We spent 12 hours painting our bedroom(primer, then paint). It was not easy, it was hard work due to how the room is set up. We had started the paint once the sun started to set.. I told my husband I didn't love the color and it looked nothing like the swatch. Thought maybe once it dried, it would look better. The next morning, once the paint was dried and the sun was up we realized something wasn't right. Only now just realized that THE GUY GAVE US THE WRONG COLOR. We asked for High Park and were given Liberty Park. I guess maybe it's partially our fault for just trusting him and not double checking? But it's not like he asked us if it was the right color when he gave it to us (like they usually do at Lowe's).Livid is an understatement. I'm crushed as I have back issues and this was not an easy task for us. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because Tyler was nice enough to offer us a new can of paint in the correct color. He was very nice and although I'm extremely disappointed, he was super helpful and I'm VERY thankful! I'm glad he was there today, as he was very apologetic.(The color around the plug is the color we wanted, the pea green color is what we were given initially)”

“Rocky takes his job so seriously and truly cares for each and every person who goes through that store. He goes above and beyond for each person. I've been there a few times and he has been beyond helpful each time. I've never seen such quality customer service from a place before and especially from a paint store. They don't just treat you as if you're going to get some paint and then leave. They make it a personalized experience and helps ensure you get the perfect color and outcome that you're looking for. Jake has also been extremely helpful. Whatever you are paying them, it's not enough! This would have been stressful for me to pick out colors but thanks to Rocky, this has been a pleasurable experience! I hope this helps others when considering a place to go to for paint. Not only is the quality of the paint really good, but the employees are even better! And I hope management/higher ups see this too because they need to be recognized for their hard work and dedication and quality that they bring to each customer!!!”
