We have a relationship with National Seating & Mobility for more than 20 years. Almost all my daughter’s equipment have been obtain thru this provider. First at Long Island NY and now in Franklin, MA.
They have always provide us with good service and personal attention. But from all experiences the one I just had with the Franklin Branch has been beyond my expectations. Cristina’s 2 chairs experienced problems we engage NSM-Franklin to solve both issues. A cable replacement and a battery replacement. To help them expedite the repairs I decided to bring the chairs to them. That gave me a chance to interact with the people that run this facility. From the very start they were diligent to solve both cases. They undertake the pain we go thru when equipment fails and they were quick to create solutions.
Because of these interactions I decided to give this branch a nick name: “Wonderful Mobility”. It is to reflect the attitude I see in these people that work at this place. Thank you!

Clearly said I didn’t want another air cushion because the last one keeps losing its air. And guess what they ended up sending me? Another air cushion which keeps losing the air again. Sucks when your a full time wheelchair user and your cushion you sit on all day is flat.

Had a family member who got in an accident and needed a wheelchair and was able to get one through National Seating. The staff were all very kind and helpful and the manager Jennifer helped keep the order moving in an efficient manner. Thank you!

I just completed speaking with Jennifer from the Franklin mass office. She is beyond outstanding. I have been trying to get a specific cushion for my wheelchair for very long time and have it covered by my insurances. She found one that was in stock And told me that it was covered by both my insurances. Hallelujah I've been sitting on. thesame cushion for 14 years and I need the specific type of question so I do not get sores on my backside. She spent. quitea bit of. tim. with meon thephone finding and ordering that cushion and having it process through my insurances and when she found out that my wheelchair was 10+. years old she informed me that I was eligible for a new one. The one I have has been falling apart and I've just been replacing parts on it as needed. She tells. me thatthe wheelchair is covered in full and. that since I am homebound, someone will call me and. makean appointment to come out to my home and measure me for the new wheelchair. My chair is also very specific it is a Quickie which is difficult to get parts for. I feel like it's my birthday and Christmas all at once. I informed Jennifer how pleased I was and told her that. I have added her to my list of "Guardian Angels" that have helped me over the years. Currently. she is in the top five and. I have a number of people on that list. So to you Jennifer I thank you very very much more than you will ever know from the bottom of my heart. You have made my life much. easier at this stage of it. I will also add you and Alex to my. prayers every night. God bless you both and each of you as a place in heaven. Thank you so much again. If more. people in this world were like you we would be so much better off. remember that I said we. do nothave disabilities we all just have what I call " different abilities"

I was working with Nu motion directly from rehab with my paralyzed son and never ending up with a chair, National Seating and mobility, and Peter Eastman stepped up and did a thorough evaluation. National Seating has a order tracker that you can see the progress of your order and timeline. What a difference between the 2 companies!! I will update and re evaluate as the order progresses. Right now. I have nothing but praise for this company

If I could give them zero stars I would. WORST customer service I have ever received from any company in my life. The manager Jennifer needs training in customer service. My daughter got her walker delivered 3 weeks ago without the additional parts like the bumpers and harness that were ordered even though I was told by the delivery driver that they weren’t. I then received them in the mail a week later. Never received a call that they are mailing them out. I left 3 messages to the manager Jennifer, no call back. I finally got in touch another week later without any apologies and nothing but excuses that in the month of December they focus on delivering equipment. Bunch of malarkey. A technician was supposed to come yesterday to put the walker together, never showed up no phone call either. Once again I had to call them, Jennifer sends someone else out today from 12-2 and he shows up before window time and leaves a hand written note to reschedule asking if it can be done over the phone. I will NEVER use this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone else. Extremely disappointed!!

People that work here could care less about the clients. I have had to have my chair a lot even more now because it is wearing out. I have gotten phone calls that parts are in with in a week and they keep my chair two to three months and I get a piece of junk as a loner. The last time I had a motor let go and they new about it. I ended up spending the night in my front room not able to get to my bathroom or kitchen. Even with my girlfriends law firm handling my business now it still doesn’t do any good. If I can find another company I will.

Really thankful for my experience with this company in getting my wheelchair. Wendy has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond to get my wheelchair to me in time for an unexpected surgery.
