So I had lost my license and only had a copy on my phone and needed to cash a check from the law office in the same building and I must say two employees at this branch went above and beyond to be super kind and accommodating and caring about my situation. Manisone Bounsavato was the woman that waited on me and she was awesome and asked if it was ok to Mr.Gary Donelan who actually went upstairs to the law firm to personally ask if they vouched that I had just received a check for refund and that it was me! Thank you Gary Donelan and miss Manisone for your unexpected kindness and help in this dire time of need! If I lived in the area I would open a bank account at this location just because they were so helpful and caring! God bless them both and thank you to both of you for going above and beyond for helping me out because it’s kind people like yourselves that make a difference in these trying times! I appreciate the both of you and recommend this location because of these kind people that took care of me! 1 million stars for them both!

If i could give this place a negitive 10 stars i would. Tonight i call and answer their questions they have to ask and because i have a brain disease and have a hard time remembering certain things i get treated poorly. I explained to the person that i have a brain disease (in written in my health file and with ssdi) that she can't help me because my husband was helping me. Yes i understand that he can't help me but when someone that has a brain disease and needs help it needs to be understood. She would send my info thru an email but i have no access because the tablet was erased completely of ALL of my info. I kindly ask can she change the email address on file i get told no. She said i would have to sign a paper that NO one ever mentioned to me before. With all the fraud out there i understand but if i give you all of my info there should be an easier way. So i guess no ill have to show up with no legs and multiple other health issues to sign a piece of paper. Im really thinking about switching to Bank of America because at least there they treat you with respect and not like an idiot

Friendly staff, eager to help. Hours aren't as accommodating as other banks. ATM is very slow if it can read your card. The bank needs to update its offering like a better mobile app, later branch hours.
