Nothing but helpful. I needed mom's fireplace repaired or replaced and Mike laid out all of our options with out any pressure. They helped us research and with their help, came to a very reasonably priced fix that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Franklin Fireplace.
