My boyfriend and I went in today to have a new watch sized after many failed attempts at other jewelers such as Kay's. Joseph was not only able to re size it but It was a seamless experience and, he was able to re size it in a timely manner as well. We are beyond happy with his kindness and the watch. I would highly recommend him for any jewelry repair. The prices and service is unmatched!!

Had several rings resized and replated with rhodium. All work beautifully done and I’m so pleased with the workmanship and pricing. One ring could not be resized due to setting style and that stone is tanzanite. Resizing by as much as I needed could have damaged stone either during work or afterward due to increased pressure on such a soft stone. I appreciated the candor in telling me & not doing the work. Excellent workmanship, beautiful work. Good pricing and courteous service. Try Joseph’s for yourself. I highly recommend.

Today I had the fortune of meeting Joseph of Joseph's Fine Jewelry. I had some old jewelry that I didn't wear any more, one being my engagement ring. He gave me his honest opinion and suggested I put the stone in something I would use. I can't wait to see the finished product! Joseph is an honest business man and I highly recommend him. 5 stars from me!

I've gone here a few times for very small, minor things like a chain repair and a ring measurement. I brought my damaged engagement ring to Joseph and he not only fixed it, but somehow made it look better than the original ring!!! I will tell everyone I know to go here, absolutely wonderful customer service and the prices are very fair!!

Love this place. They do an awesome job at repairing jewelry. My stepson gave me a beautiful infinity necklace and the chain broke. I was waiting to take it to Long's Jewelers (also excellent) but didn't feel like driving to Braintree. The owner put a new chain on it and I wear it everyday. Beautiful work! I have several jewelry pieces I've kept for over fifteen years. Now I can get them all repaired at a reasonable price and they look as good as new if not better.

Joesph's Fine Jewelry is a wonderful place to shop. The owner Joe, is incredibly patient and professional he takes his time to work with you on any purchase. Recently I had damaged my engagement ring beyond repair and Joe searched and found almost a duplicate setting and recreated this ring!! I am so grateful. I highly recommend Joseph's for any purchase or jewelry repair needs!!!

I had been trying to duplicate a ring that I lost years ago.....did not have a photo. Joe patiently worked with me sketching design after design until we finally duplicated the ring! The finished ring came out even more beautiful than the original. Hope to have this one forever. Thanks Joe!!!!
