Had windshield replaced was told I did not need new wipers. Then I got charged $148 for 3 wiper blades I never received. Very shady I think local guys are good corporate are thieves and they have a monopoly with insurance companies.

This place is a certified piece of work ‼️‼️when I state stay away I MEAN THAT . These ppl are so messy . This is one crazy story . I requested for a tiny crack to be fixed , it was in need of a new window per the repair man . I was informed someone will reach out and reschedule because they had to order me a new window . Welp 2 wks passed no call no nothing , so I called customer care and they informed me I was supposed to reach out to them . Not what the repair man stated but ok . So I rescheduled , 1x reschedule repair man called me and stated he had to cancel because where he live it was raining and it looks like it’s gonna rain on my side of town that after noon ?my was schedule for that morning which meant it should’ve been done by that afternoon . So now reschedule again 2nd for a Saturday , repair man was a no call no show . I called back and had a long conversation with and I was informed it would be fixed on Wednesday which is today and this man BROKE

I had a rock hit my windshield in June. A technician came to my house to replace the broken glass and was unable to recalibrate it. A few weeks later, another technician came out to attempt the recalibration and I was told I will need to have another original windshield glass and to have it done in the shop, as they were unsuccessful. I have followed up multiple times with Safelite customer service number who tells me the ETA on the new glass is unknown. Each time I call Safelite they tell me to speak with the Franklin shop for more details. However I can never get through to the shop. Safelite had tried transferring me to the shop, but I get rerouted back to the 800 customer service number. Safelite also gave me an order number that ended up being for the incorrect vehicle. I confirmed with my insurance company that they gave me an order number for a Mercedes and I have a VW. I have also reached out multiple times to my insurance company who tries to reach the shop unsuccessfully and says they email the manager to call me and I have received no calls. I have been without my side sensors since June and still need a whole new windshield and recalibration, but nobody can tell me when this will happen.

I booked an appointment on a Sunday, and was offered an appointment 8 days later on a Monday. 6 days later, on a Saturday, I was informed by text message that my appointment was pushed back a week at a time that was unacceptably late because they did not have the necessary equipment. Essentially, they wasted a week of my time due to poor organization. This is probably a corporate problem, not a local staff issue.

Twice I have set up appointments for the correct windshield and timeslots and both times when I showed up they didn't have the correct glass. Not sure if the problem is with the call center or the actual place to get work done but someone needs to fix the lack of communication. If I've had it happen twice I can only imagine how many times they do it.

Made the appointment through my insurance company. Was 2 days out. Customer service was good not excellent but they were very busy. They called me in 2 hours and picked up my vehicle. Simple, no issues.

I had my vehicle serviced at this location and none of my automated windshield features work. I thought it had some thing to do with a software update and contacted Volvo. They said the software was up to date and asked if I had the windshield replaced. I told them yes, and was told the attachment for the windshield had not been installed properly. Fast forward, as I am driving down the road, the accessory for the windshield slid to the right, nearly causing an accident. I've tried calling customer service and keep getting re-routed and hung up on. This is in no way, good business or customer service. I just want to get the problem fixed and cannot get in touch with anyone.

Couldn't get a appointment for a week never seen the date on the booking until I booked it was in a hurry then cancelled and got charged 60 dollars for a cancellation fee SMH

Terrible service terrible customer service and terrible work. Desk lady hands down rude as can be manager smug as can be and will smile at you when they know they're wrong. Brought my truck in for a windshield replacement have since then had my truck take on water. Consistently since Safelite so called replaced the windshield. They refuse to acknowledge or take responsibility and claim it's not on them. Despite I've never had any water in my truck. It's also a 2016 Ram. 0 rust on the cab rocker panels none. Yet they're not responsible. 100% this is the last place I will ever repair replace or recommend work done. The attitude of the staff is beyond disappointing.

Brought my GMC Acadia in for a windshield replacement. It was very quick and easy to get an appointment. There was next day availability and I was able to go online and reschedule after realizing a schedule conflict. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The work performed was great. My heads up display, parking, and lane assist were all re-calibrated to perfection. Very happy with my service and my windshield.

I'm going to need the scratches and dents that were put in my truck fixed by your tech I caught a lot of fluff by speaking up my trucks immaculate and they weren't there when I dropped it off so someone's hanging up on me I'm going to need a damage that was done replaced
