Terrible experience with this local branch. After completing our taxes, one of their agents used our information to broaden his real estate client base. Additionally, the office staff were short with us, unprofessional, and did not represent the company well. I would look elsewhere for financial services.

There's real value in customer service. After an error on a previous return (using a different tax preparer), Marleine and the team at the Franklin office made us feel like valued customers, helping us understand what was going on and giving us confidence moving forward. I would recommend Marleine to anyone and plan to file with her again next year.
