A bit rude at the front desk. Sorry to say, but it's true. The auto service was effective but long. One hour plus for a state inspection with one person in line in front of me. Also, inspections stop at 2pm which is crazy.

I had a few issues with my car so I took it down to Grove Street Auto to get it looked at. The mechanic went over my car and found other issues that I was unaware of. I am so grateful to them for their honesty, fine detail of going over my car and great communication from Chris to get my car fixed and back on the road. I will definitely be back with my other vehicles, thank you!

Vey easy to schedule and accommodating to our schedule. Personnel friendly, approachable and knowledgeable as they explained process. Very convenient and accessible. Offer a wide range of services including foreign cars. Highly recommend. The comprehensive report sent after assessment is color coded so it identifies what needs to be done immediately, snd what needs to be done over time. It is a useful tool to plan in advance what needs to be schedule and budgeted for. Very helpful tool.
