I have been taking my dogs and cats to FranklinVeterinary Clinic for many years and I highly recommend them! They are very kind, responsive and organized. Just yesterday I noticed my lab scratching frantically at her ear at 4:15 pm so I called the clinic hoping Sammy wouldn't have to wait a day for treatment-and she didnt! The receptionist asked if I could get her there by 5:00 and she was seen and treated right away. This is how it has always been at FVC-and if they are closed for holidays etc. they always email a list of animal hospitals/clinics who will see our pets.

The vets and techs are always very kind, friendly, patient and caring when treating our dogs for both routine and emergent visits. One of our pups is very skittish and they take the time to gain her trust before treatment and exams. Thank you!

We've been clients of Franklin Vet for >20 years and have always been happy. Yesterday we took our old (14.5 YO) Golden in for an arthritis shot. His back end is weak and he slips a lot on smooth floors, but they lined the way he'd be walking with rugs to make it easier - that was wonderful!!
They were compassionate when we lost our other dog a few months ago, clearly understanding our grief. We appreciated that, too.

I bring my cats down from Boston to see Dr. Carigan because of how amazing this clinic is. Everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to Dr. Carigan are so nice and make what is normally a difficult experience extremely easy. Can’t recommend them enough!

Franklin Veterinay clinic and Dr Sara Grey have been caring for our animals for over 9 years. We drive an hour just to continue using their services because of their caring and compassion. They listen to every concern and try to help us in whatever our pets need while also realizing individuals budgets-yet still providing top notch care.

Staff went above and beyond for my anxious dog & helped me to/from my car because I had my baby with me! They’re always nice and helpful anytime we call or come in! We’ve never had bad service in the 4 years we’ve been coming here.
