AVOID. They failed my car inspection for tires even though all of the treads were above 2/32nds. They were trying to push me to buy 4 new tires through them and started getting angry when I didn't want a quote.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SWINDLED!!!!Whoever this Lori I person is, she is definitely related to or friends with the owners. It's the only good review in the past 4 years. Like many others, I went there for my inspection. They said they could get me in right away, which they did, and now I know it's because Lori probably didn't need anything done that day because no one else would go there. I should have looked at reviews, but I was already a month overdue and really in a bind. Of course they found something "wrong" and tried to bully me into replacing the part there. I don't know anything about cars but felt like I was being taken advantage of because they were being so aggressive and even tried to convince me that I wouldn't be safe driving home to try to get me to do the work there. When I finally got out of there, I went to another shop to get a second opinion, and what do you know, they told me it would need to be replaced soon but it was fine for now. They passed my inspection and I spent $70 (for 2 inspections) that day instead of the $1000 these swindlers wanted to charge me. Thank God I trusted my gut.

My whole family goes here for gas and inspections and when we had a non-warranty vehicle we had repaired here. We have had nothing but a great experience and super friendly interactions. Prices are reasonable - the wait room isn't ideal but they're so quick it's irrelevant!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Best auto service we have ever been to. My husband and I have been going to Franklin Gas & Autocare for at least 10 years. For auto repairs, oil changes and inspections. And now my son goes also, and my daughter will be going soon. Sam & Emilio are great guys and they are great mechanics. We have some old cars and they always correctly diagnose and fix the problem. We trust them 100% and have peace of mind knowing that they are taking care of our family's safety on the road. They are the fastest and most efficient mechanics we have ever been to. And they are honest, we have never been charged for work that didn't need to be done. Their prices can't be beat. We are thankful we found Franklin Gas & Autocare.

This place had people cutting us in line for our inspection and then failed us multiple times for a problem that our mechanic fixed, but somehow every time we get back there gets messed up again. Claimed the headlights weren’t in line when we saw they were prior to going to get the inspection. This place seems like a scam.

** warning** We went there to get a inspection sticker and we were failed because the emergency break would not hold, The service guy said bring it back tomorrow morning and I'll take care of you. We were then told that additionally we need suspension and break work to a total of $1200. When we explained we were going to bring it somewhere else to have it fixed , they were not happy. The next time we started the car it started misfiring and all the check engine lights came on. Was determined when we brought to our mechanic that this Franklin shop threw something in the gas tank. Do not trust anyone here and do not bring your car here if you can help it.

Definitely the best car and gas services in town. I highly recommend them to keep your car running safely and reliably. Oil change was fast and easy and they are always half what a dealer would charge when I get tire and brake and electrical work. The guys are the best!!

I went to them because this splash guard was dragging the ground. The guy put it on the lift and pulled the splash guard off and said he couldn't tack it back up.Then he charged me $90.00 for taking the literally, one minute, to pull it off. He charged me a full hour of labor and said that was their policy for any car entering their garage.Now it doesn't cost $90 for an oil change? Why this?I won't be going back.Service: Auto maintenance

Charged me $90 to remove the splash guard, that was falling off, from the bottom of my car. Something that literally took him less than a minute to do. When I protested he said they charge a minimum of $90 to bring it into the garage and that I should have asked how much it would cost before.

Was rude. Lots of awkward pauses after statements that would clearly need more information. They left our windows down after an inspection while it was cold and about to rain.

Failed inspection for wheel bearing, went to good year to get it fixed goodyear said they shouldn’t have failed me I went back to the gas station and guy was extremely rude to me and told me if I came back he was gonna fail me again

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.Never, ever go to this place for an oil change or anything else. 90 bucks for an oil change and 50 for a one headlight change? What a joke. Not to mention they were extremely rude to me when I questioned the prices.I’m so mad I actually went to this place. Go to jiffy lube or Midas right down the street.HORRIBLE.Services: General repairs & maintenance
