Mechanic that worked on my car missed a major coolant leak, which is weird because he added coolant to my car, as noted on my invoice. Another garage said the original mechanic definitely should have noticed the issue. Now I'm spending an additional $300+ and a day having their mistake fixed. Sheer negligence. Avoid.

The service department at Franklin Ford has mistreated me for the last time!!Timely service and communication is non existent at this service center. Its the most backwoods shady place i have dealt with for service
