This is the second time I walked into the showroom as the only customer to find the salespeople standing around talking to themselves not even acknowledging my presence. I thought the first time was a fluke so I tried to give them a second chance and got the exact same unwelcome attitude.
It's also the second time I drove over to Frank Webb and got the exact opposite experience. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Go to Frank Webb and don't waste your time here.
If Ferguson only cares about certain customers, then just make the showroom by appointment only.

Terrible experience all around. New house and my fridge was broken since moving in. Still was under warranty and still not fixed. Now warranty is over and the same issue is still not solved. Been waiting over a week for a resolution since contacting them yet again. All my appliances have been broken since day one move in. Freezer not working high temp constantly with food spoilage, microwave uneven, stove top one doesn’t work very well, and my dishwasher rack completely broken and rusted.

Alot of staff but they were busy talking and laughing amongst themselves, felt like I was a major inconvenience to just answer basic questions. A staff member came toward me, in a rude tone, can i help you? No smile. No hello. No introduction. Was made to feel a bother. Could not wait to leave! Went down street FW Webb and had a great experience purchasing my items.

I am a contractor and this is my go to place. If they don't have it in stock they will get it quickly. I always appreciate the customer service whether it is in the plumbing supply or in the showroom

Walked in and no customers in the store waited 20 for help and all the women kept sitting finally someone asked for help and said she would ask the girl on the phone to help us. She told her and then when the girl gr off the phone she went to make toast. I walked out and the manger came outside again to ask if I wanted help. I said no I’ve aired long enough I’ll go somewhere else where I can get proper customer service.

Extremely difficult to make contact with them to report problems with brand new appliances.1. The wrong refrigerator was delivered prior to 5/25/23 it is now 8/1/23, no one has contacted us to correct the issue.2. Dishwasher-the middle rack does not consistently stay on its track and random pieces of plastic and metal fall out of it on any given day. It also is louder the 47dbc. (Not sure if that is the correct way of writing how sound is measured)3. The handle on the stove is loosened and is potentially falling off.I included photos. The refrigerator that we ordered had ice and water dispenser on the outside. This one doesn’t. The upgrade was an additional $1,800.Again no ne has contacted us to schedule the delivery of the replacement refrigerator.In addition to all these problems. When I attempted to call customer service today and waited on hold for 35 mins, I was disconnected only to call back and be back on hold. This gave be sufficient time to voice my complaint in this long winded publicly posted review.Addendum: I was able to speck to Maria lodge in the National call center who could not begin to rectify the issues with my brand new appliances bc I do not have an order number from when the builder ordered the appliances.*******************************UPDATING MY REVIEW!?Absolutely wonderful news! Ferguson and Dan the manger for the store where my appliances came from, has resolved the issues!!The correct refrigerator was delivered and hooked up! The incorrect one was taken away! The gentlemen who completed the refrigerator delivery and removed the wrong one, were very polite and efficient despite having to complete the job during one of-the heaviest downpours I have ever seen! Great job guys and thank you!My dishwasher and stove were also replaced 1 week ago. The dishwasher is working wonderfully! The stove is simply amazing. Last night I cooked a tasty batch of my famous chocolate chip cookies! (Secret recipe ?)It has taken time and patience but I appreciate that Ferguson got the job done!Pictures to follow as I have to get to work and I’m short on time!

Mike Wheeler was very resourceful in helping us choose the shower supplies and getting them shipped . When one of the shipped part was damaged, Mike got a replacement shipped in no time that helped us stay within schedule and budget for our shower remodeling project .

Check for damage. We have had several service calls for problems with our oven. This is a new build where Ferguson supplied all the appliances. Only recently did the service tech mention the unit was dented on the side. It has now been a year of issues and Kitchen Aid will not replace the unit. Had we known the unit was dented at the beginning we would have demanded a replacement. So if you are having problems with an appliance check for hidden damage.

Last week I went to Ferguson to start looking at bathroom fixtures for my upcoming bathroom project. I walked in and I did not feel welcome. It took the women behind the desk longer then it should have to say hello. She was not with a customer or on the phone. After she said hi I told what I was looking for. She said they didn't have anything like that on the showroom floor and I would have to speak to a sales person to get pricing. I said ok, thinking she would get someone for me but didn't. I felt awkard. She then just started chatting with a coworker about personal problems. I walked around for a few minutes and left. Clearly they didn't want my money. I was so disappointed.

Ferguson is the only place I shop when I am in need of plumbing and bath fixtures, but don't go there if you are looking for cheap; you won't find it there. What you will find are high quality product lines, with some of the most helpful and knowledgeable people in the business, and a prompt, courteous, well run operation. A great shopping experience every time!
