I did not have a good experience with Classic Furniture Services. After a cross country move, and some serious damage to furniture, Atlas moving company used this company to come and inspect our damaged goods. Adam visited and claimed that the damage was reparable on one of our expensive credenzas.
After more than 6 months of waiting for the credenza to be repaired, the piece came back with damages that were ignored. As a follow up, Adam sent the repair person to our home who claimed that the remaining damages were there BEFORE the move. This individual was extremely frustrating since he made false claims about the condition of our credenza even though the piece was moved cross country and this person had no clue how our furniture looked like before the move.
According to Atlas, Adam stated that he tried to follow up with us a second time which never happened.
Overall, a frustrating experience.

We needed several solid cherry furniture pieces stained grey to match our current decor. Classic Furniture was PHENOMENAL!! Extremely professional, courteous, friendly, skilled, attentive and did exactly what we asked of them and more. They beautifully stained and repaired our furniture and we are thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend them. Be patient - they are very busy - and for good reason given their expertise and specialized services. They told us it would be likely 8-10 weeks and it was. They managed our expectations and delivered as promised. Top notch in my book. I would recommend to all my friends without hesitation. ??

I just happened to stumble on to CFS recently on a Google search and am I glad I did! The entire team is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I had a rattan couch that needed repair. After inspection and an understanding of my needs, the team provided a quote and timing for the repair. They called me to let me know the repair was complete 2 days before it was promised. The repair was superb! This is the kind of company you want to deal with in the event you need their service. You won't be disappointed!

This company helped me with an old bookcase. They were knowledgeable and did a few little extras beyond the scope of work (gave me extra shelf knobs seeing I was short, attached some hardware when they were only hired to repair front glass panel, etc). Excellent service!!!
