“I couldn't reccomend this place enough. I had a very last minute need for a vehicle for my driving test as the one I was going to use was involved in an accident and John was nothing but kind, understanding and accommodating. It was a next day rental and I live quite far away from the office so he met me closer to where I live in order to shorten my commute. He also was flexible enough to drop off AND pick up on the same day. The car was in excellent condition, clean and drove very well. The prices were reasonable and John was very responsive when I ended up having to call him about 13 times in 2 days. If you need a rental, especially for a driving test, please consider this place. If I ever need a rental again I will definitely be coming back.”

If you are renting here - just be aware that you may have to pay toll fees on top of the rental fee. It shocked me because the car had an EZ pass but nonetheless worthy booking. Enjoy!”
“I would like to reach out and acknowledge Sabine at the Foxboro Hertz location….I got a call from her at 3:05 pm on Thursday afternoon stating that unfortunately they did not have a 7 passenger standard SUV for me that was reserved almost 2 weeks ahead of time and I was supposed to pick it up less than 24 hrs from her call…I was beside myself and pretty disappointed with this news very last minute…with that being said I actually stopped by the Foxboro location on my way home from work and when I got there….there was a sign on the window saying…will be back call North Attleboro location for any questions and sorry for the inconvenience….as I was there Sabine was pulling back in to the office parking lot and as I explained who I was and she said that she was able to find me this vehicle that is a much premium SUV than what I ordered but we will honor your reservation. Talk about going above and beyond in such short notice….I couldn’t believe it…this is the true meaning of customer service and satisfaction…what a game changer that took place all within an hour.
