“My brand new Mercedes SL AMG 55 had less than 500 miles on it when a small stone chipped my windshield. I wanted it to be back to new. Not knowing what to do I contacted my dealership which was out of state. They said to replace the windshield and make sure it was the exact factory installed Mercedes glass. I contacted multiple highly rated auto glass companies but selected Warrior Auto Glass based not only the stellar reviews they received but the immediate and super knowledgable response by Derek. He texted me in 4 words the information he needed, then said he in my case would take care of contacting the insurance company and installing the exact factory authorized Mercedes glass that the car came with. His estimate of time to get the glass and install it was spot on. When I got my car back it was PERFECT. Even the inspection sticker was precisely installed. I traveled a good distance to test drive a car and appreciated the time he put into going with me for the test drive. “I never fill these things out.I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The O'connell brothersDid the job right the first time and it did take them more time than I thought But,they had exceeded all my expectations.Thank you boys.Rich”
