the customer service here sucks I been here 4 or 5 times and it always the same the budtnders have whity attuides no knowledge on the tlower they sell most of them can't tell u anything. how do your charged me for one strain and then gave me a whole different strain what a joke worst dispensary i every been toooverall not a good experience . I should had check before I left the store funny the one they charge me for and gave me is two different prices smh ,as for the the flower its just OK I had worst but i also had better. there price are decentthat's about it. the service sucks the flower Is just blah if I could gave them a negative star rating I would

A customer who's been there a few times. However it's the lady with glasses I got accused of a fake or simply can't go in because of a simple scratch on my license. It scans properly and i even went to Neta to see if my ID ok and it was legit.

Nope. False advertising bait and switch. Don't trust their deals they're not in stock. I spend half an hour browsing their extensive menu making pre-orders only to find out none of it is in stock.

I just don't like it very much because it's happened to me 3 times that I've ordered a brand online, and when I go to pick it up they give me something else that I didn't order and worse than that it's of much lower quality than what I ordered.

Top spot anywhere in RI/Southern MA, and it’s not even really close. Easily the best deals every day. The Sparq carts are amazing especially for $20.Today I went in and I had forgotten to transfer money over to my debit card. Rather than forcing the line to wait on me—as he was the only cashier at the time, Quran (sorry if I butchered the spelling), opened two more registers and proceeded to absolutely beast on three different registers while never missing a beat. Absolute master class in customer service.

The best in the area & usually the best deals/prices too. I tend to "shop around" especially during holidays when there are different sales going on at different stores. However, Botera Franklin is almost always the best deal around. They have a great selection of everything and the most swag I've seen anywhere. Love this place.
