The gas station is Members Only. So others cannot fill fuel at even extra cost. The best option nearby ore Mobil and Stop & Shop fuel stations which offer a competitive price for all.

Very poor customer service at the bakery. My wife was poorly treated by the bakery attended on Monday Memorial Day early afternoon. Will never go there again.

Franklin BJ’s Store, with a larger selection of many items than the BJ’s of other areas. It's not usually that much busy either, even on Saturdays. Liked the store for fresh meat products and fresh fruits . Loved their bakery items. We can love their curbside pickup and their mobile app. Gas station is also convenient beside to this store with good prices for members. Waiting in line sometimes can take a while.Self checkout is good.

Customer/member service painfully slow. Anytime you have to deal with an online order they dont know what to do. One person at desk for like 10 guests in line on a cold February day. Any wonder why Costco members are so loyal? Everything at Costco is so efficient. If you dont have a receipt they look it up in 1 min..at BJs even if you do have the receipt the return process is painful

It’s truly an eventful experience to have to deal with discrimination at BJ’s in this society. I went to pump gas while my husband was in front of me, I moved the car so he can pump gas for me. This low life prick that worked the gas who is probably a rejected SOB who’s gone thru life wondering why his life is the way it is. Came out of nowhere yelling at us as if he was the “it factor”. He started making all kinds of comments. Then his truth came out and made the comment “you people” I asked him who was he referring to as “you people”. He answered “aren’t you people”? This trailer park trash was so disrespectful every single person pumping gas asked what was his problem. When we asked for his name he wouldn’t give it. Then we remembered that the manager at the same store who held something for us at the request of another said she would allow the coupon. A BJ’s coupon. It has come to attention that this specific store tend to hire society’s most rejected people so when they come to a position, they assume all people will tolerate their trashy behavior. I filed a complaints with BJ’s and yet to get a follow up. It’s s confirmed that the further away from the city, some assume that’s discrimination against one is acceptable especially in this generation. Be mindful of your surroundings especially with companies that hire trash to represent their brand. This exchange went on for over 10-15 mins. It really could have gotten worse if we didn’t choose to walk away. Arguing with him felt like arguing with a drunk on drugs. Clearly, it wasn’t his first time because he refused to provide his name. One of those interaction I don’t wish on my worse enemy.

On top of my membership, I pay for same day Select membership which supposedly I can get free delivery. But every time they are stealing from me $14,99 delivery fee. Also, I write a percentage in extra tips but they change the amount and collect more than what I agree with. I called their service representatives and they do not know about the free delivery program, much to no avail called the manager Robin D. that also has no knowledge of the program. She chose to credit my account on merchandise instead of going after doordash a third party company that they hire to request my money back. yes, they give doordash the power to overcharge you. BJ's is a mess! Stay away from their promises or programs. Not a trustworthy company.
