“Arranged for a bike fitting today with Roy. Incredibly nice guy and really attentive to all details-riding style, weekly distance, other physical activities, any pain experienced, all body measurements, flexibility, etc. Video capture of my riding was superb with regard to seat height, handlebar and cleat adjustments, based on various angles of leg, back, arm measurements. All now in line, and much more comfortable on my indoor trainer ride today! Also fixed some minor issues on the bike (handlebar tape, cable locations). What a great experience and wish I had done this earlier. Strongly recommend a session if you have not had a professional bike fit!”
“Just stopped in. I’ve moved a few times over the past few years and haven’t touched my bike in a while, and the tires were flat, so I brought it in to see if the tires had punctures. They filled the tires for free and checked the chains and were super nice about it. Plus they have an adorable dog. I’ll stop by for any bike needs for sure.”

“I have been taking our bikes and my kids bikes to Crossing Cycle for years for tune ups
and repairs and whatever is else is needed.
We have bought bikes from Louie. His prices are fair and he's always honest about what needs to be fixed. My boys are active in cycling and love to go to the bike shop with me. I took my son this week with me and Louie fixed my son's brakes and odometer. Turn around time is so fast! What business would accommodate and do that today! I'm so thankful to have a mechanic we can go to who is exceptional, experienced, and honest!”
