Life if full of ups and downs and dogs that eat rocks. I feel the care and prices are the biggest selling points. Oh and professionalism. The face of the business are the friendly staff out front. Everyone is so nice here. From the minute you walk in you're greeted with a smile. The vet techs and Drs are very professional and don't tell you you need more done for your pet like other vets I've been to. They set me up on lebrela shots. My dog hasn't been able to move around like this for years. He runs around like he's half his age now. Thank you guys for being so awesome. I will always go to Acorn from now on.

The staff's quick action allowed us to take our dog back home. It was very frightening for us, but the staff was reassuring and very gentle and kind to our dog.

Negligent animal care and despicable service. Charged $140 for an “emergency visit” with an 8 hour wait during which they were rude, cold, unhelpful, misdiagnosed our dog and sent him away without the care and medication he very much needed.
Our dog has a documented history of IVDD and slipped another disk- the vet we saw somehow missed this fact, accused us of letting him consume toxins, and sent him away without the anti inflammatory and pain medications he needed. This caused my dog hours and hours of unnecessary suffering and wasted our time and money. In contrast , it took the next vet we saw one short physical exam to diagnose properly. This place does harm to animals.

Your whole staff always treat our sweet Oreo like she is your own- she loves to be home with us and is always nervous about going to board or to the vet and you have made her comfortable for 13+ years. Couldnt ask for a better place! Thank you!
