Actually Open 24/7 (as advertised) and "under new management". Old owners kept closing store/gas station early and continued advertising that they were 24/7 when they weren't.

I went to buy an ice cream bar. I selected a Häagen-Dazs bar. The price posted under the bars was $1.99. When I got to the register the cashier told me it was $3.49. I pointed out to him the price posted. He told me the price was incorrect and insisted that I pay the higher price. This place is dishonest or the guy working there is stealing. Either way they should be investigated. Location of store is 664 Union Street, Franklin, Massachusetts.

We stopped here for gas and toilets.. gas was reasonably priced but toilets were disgusting

The girl working Sat nights locks up w some lame excuse always around 11pm but hangs out in her car smoking. The first time she hung a sign on door that had an excuse she supposedly had an "emergency" but was rude to me and another customer for needing gas. But she unlocked/opened up the store and we got gas it was approximately 1130pm. 2 weeks later closer to midnight I pulled in saw her @ her car smoking telling me they close @ 11pm. So when I asked why she was "hanging out" in the parking lot as I'm taking a photo of contact info on store window she yelled @ me to go "F" myself. Real nice customer service!!!I'll NEVER RETURN!

I got to say the staff there really sucks. (EXCEPT) FOR FOR THE LITTLE BLONDE WOMAN NAMED AMY SHE IS ALWAYS POLITE RESPECTFUL UPBEAT AND SEEMS TO BE TOWING THE ROPE...... I WONDER IF THE FRANCHISE OWNER HAS ANY IDEA OF THE ASSET THAT HE HAS WORKING FOR HIM. DO YOU???! ANYWAYS I'M SURE SHE'S UNDERPAID AND SHE'S DEFINITELY OVERWORKED. I MIGHT HAVE TO OFFER A BETTER JOB.

Stopped to get gas and use the bathroom. Went inside to the restroom, no out of order sign or anything on the door. I proceeded to notice the handle was broken off of the toilet so I attempted to fix it so I could possibly use the bathroom. When the worker starts slaming on the door screaming it's broken. I explained I was trying to fix it and she blatantly said "the handle broke off so it's broken" and gave me the dirtiest look. When I went to buy my ibuprofen she had her airpod headphone and kept giving me dirty looks so instead of buying gas I left and went somewhere else for gas and to use a restroom.

Stopped in there tonight which is december 22nd at 7:30 to buy a scratch ticket and this old lady was working on her way outside to smoke a cigarette so she had to come in and serve me I went outside for 1 minute to scratch the ticket It was a winner came back in and she was on her way out again and she told me to go away.. I guess smoking a cigarette is more important than helping her customer!

Rick is seriously the worst person that works here, I was in the bathroom and he decided to knock on the door over and over until he decided to take out his keys and try to unlock the door knowing someone was in there.
