I had a visit Monday morning from the Yale Appliance service department. The two guys that were working on my new kitchen install were excellent. Totally professional, enjoyed every aspect of the experience. Five stars.

It all started with Barbara who made us feel so welcomed. She offered us cookies and coffee.
We bought our refrigerator from Carly who could not have been more helpful. We called my wife during the transaction and Carly did a great job “refereeing” our chat ?
She genuinely made the experience enjoyable.

After an older washer/dryer failed and could not be revived Jonathan VL helped me find a replacement unit that would fit in the existing space and be an upgrade in functionality as well.
Gerlin V, Johnny, and Manuel, from Truck #10 made delivery to fourth floor walkup look easy. They were on time, installed the new LG Washtower, cleaned up, and took the old unit away in record time - a friendly and competent crew!

I had an excellent experience with Yale replacing my range. Another costly repair for an old one led me to buy a new one, but I needed it in a short time frame. They worked with me on some installation challenges, and the range is in and working faster than I could have hoped. Thank you, Todd Rourke, Adam Law and the delivery/intall folks!

Over the years I’ve purchased appliances from a number of places but no longer. I’ve used Yale for the past 5 years exclusively and no other compares. Not only is the purchase process seamless but their service department is second to none. They listen to the issue, make an appointment, show up on time and complete the fix.
Colin from Yale just came out the other day. He called on his way and showed up on time. He went right to work and I received an email when the job was done.
He was courteous and professional.
There’s no reason to ever go anywhere but to Yale. I certainly won’t!
