The pharmacy service for vaccines wasted our time. We don’t understand why when we booked the system didn’t ask us any questions. Once we were there the pharmacy tech gave us a hard time and said we couldn’t get any vaccines. Walgreens please don’t offer a service you CANNOT provide!

I feel ashamed of how they treated me. I was in the store with my friends trying to buy food because we need food to survive and this guy that works there starts accusing us that we’re shoplifting, and then threatens us that he’s gonna call the cops. After that he told us it was because on how we looked. This feels very racist and because of our age. Just because we look a type of way like us being hispanic doesn’t mean anything we’re in 2023 what type of worker is this. But when we go with my friend it’s all fine. Oh and this is not the 1st interaction with this person he’s tried to accuse us multiple times and i feel like i’m getting harassed by him. He also continued to a a** hole. I am so disappointed.

Pharmacist is unable to read dr notes.. should call the office even though it's the same prescription EVERY few weeks!! The incompetence here is unreal- avoid this pharmacy at all costs if you want your medication done correctly and competently.

My child’s pediatrician sent a digital prescription to the Pharmacy at this store for an acute ear infection and after repeatedly trying to check the prescription status for 3 hours over phone with no luck, I went to the pharmacy to enquire and it seemed like they had it ready for a while but didn’t care to give me an update over phone. Very disappointed in the way my prescription order was handled. But full credits to the other store employees, don’t know their names but they helped me with locating OTC medicines and billing questions. The store is well-maintained with fully stocked aisles. I have been here for drive-thru Covid tests before and the speed of service and report delivery has been incredible. Can definitely do better with deals and offers for Walgreens members, not much in terms of savings when compared to CVS.

Awesome service and very friendly staff at the pharmacy. Drive-through is quite roomy and just overall a great neighborhood store! I would definitely come here when I need anything, especially in a pinch and would recommend it.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever used. They mess up prescriptions that other pharmacies have filled without issue, and blame it on the doctor. They lose prescriptions, only fill half of them, and they promise they’ll fix it next time but they never do. Find a different pharmacy.

I've been going there about 10 years. Staff is good, genuinely good folks, helpful and trying hard. I've had frustration with the Walgreens website and phone system but that's no reflection on the staff. I've always had good results when I walked into the store. The pharmacy has always been superb in my experience.

Walgreens website says around 48 hours for a PCR test result. But what they really mean after talking to several rude people from Walgreens pharmacy and the lab they send it to it means it takes up to 3+ business days to send to the lab they use and then around 48 hours for the lab to process the results. We’ve been waiting 4 days as of right now for a result. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS for a PCR test as those ones all took less than 24 hours to come back. Even on weekends. Walgreens needs to update their website because if they told the truth we wouldn’t have even wasted our time.
