The customer service is the worst. They screwed up my order twice and was extremely rude when I told them. After visiting this store I switched providers. They are the worst.

My phone wasn’t taking a charge. Elvin, the customer service rep who checked me in diagnosed the issue and fixed it in the next 5 minutes. The customer service was much appreciated!

Very long wait sales people kept asking if I had checked in when I finally cornered one of them he did not know anything about the tablet I came in to buy. Kept talking about cell phones. I knew more about the Galaxy S9 tablet than he did. First bad experience I've had with the Natick Store. I walked out without buying what I wanted. Came home went online and bought what I wanted.

It’s a trap! Don’t sign up. Worst customer service, they promised to apply both a bundling discount and a employer discount, but they continue to overcharge me since day one. customer service is so incompetent that I can’t even log into my account because account verification doesn’t work and password reset doesn’t work. I would cancel if I could get into my account.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, the team was very helpful with providing information around the different phones and accessories. I was thinking about buying. Highly recommend!

I had a curbside appointment via the Verizon app, got there a few minutes early, was checked in by the app- and proceeded to wait curbside in my vehicle for 40 minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff. Seeing multiple customers enter and then exit, I went to the door with my new phone, old phone and password list to see why. The manager announced that he would not activate my new phone unless I entered the store, as if I would be doing any of the process not already done. I am medically high risk, and was not entering the store. Another location manager was appalled to hear of this, and took care of it without question- curbside.

I would leave negative 2 stars if that was an option. I've had a few questionable experiences at this store but my last trip left me motivated to write a review.I went in to buy an apple watch for my wife, was hoping to buy it and be done in 5 min. But the rep. casually asked me to sign a form that my bill would go up $18/month despite that adding a watch was an extra $5/month per my plan. After several trips back to see the manager (think car dealership experience from the 1990's) the rep finally conceded that their Verizon software had an error (really?) He told me to sign the form anyway accepting $18/mo extra. But he showed me on his calculator that the price would be only $11 extra. I eventually realized that these guys couldn't be trusted with anything they were saying. I eventually canceled the whole thing after 30 minutes wasted. It's like I walked straight into a baited mouse trap. Definitely will not visit this store again. Verizon should consider fixing this store starting at the top with the store manager. My experience was awful.

I returned my cell phone that I bought with financing , the manager said it was ok and charged me a restock fee , 15 days later they charged me the full price of the iphone , I went back to the store , they did not refund my money , they did not return my cell phone , I had no cell phone and with $1,100 less in my bank account , I believed that this never happened in america , I do not recommend Venrizon to anyone or this specific store where this happened , and to worsen my CreditScore credit history they reported me because I asked for a refund through from my bank , and I am considered a delinquent , They do not return my cell phone they want me to pay the $ 1,100 again , this is an abuse , I do not recommend it to anyone either because it has the worst cell phone signal service in all of America even MetroPCS is better besides being cheaper.

My sister and I came here today to upgrade my phone, and Jose worked with us to make it happen as well as a new iPad and upgraded Apple Watch! Highly recommend making the trip to this location for the excellent customer service alone.

I was lied to and baited to buy a more expensive screen protector that they would not replace. I was led to believe I would have a screen protector replaced at no cost for 1 year at their location. Not only would they not replace the screen protector I was informed that there is a $10 surcharge to have it replaced through a 3rd party company. I had explained my reason for the visit when I checked in but had to wait 45 minutes for them to tell me this!

It's a phone store. Reasonably well organized, suggest you make an appointment unless you want to do a half hour of browsing. We knew what we wanted, so it was a waste of time for us. Once you're served they're knowledgeable and fairly quick -- and thorough.
