Jarrell is the man!!!! He helped me out so much after a bad experience at another store. So patient, polite, kind, and best of all has a sense of humor. Helped me get great deals and lower my monthly bill. Arthur was also amazing! Had such great conversations with him. Overall great experience at this Verizon store!!
