The person that took my call was unprofessional and not friendly. She had an aggressive tone and was rude. I have used this pharmacy in the past as my doctor utilizes them with no issues. I understand its healthcare and can be a stressful environment but at least be courteous and professional when your helping people. This experience has turned me off from using this pharmacy in the future.

Whoever answered the phone, despite being kind and friendly, was not knowledgeable and had poor communication skills. I am still not clear on whether or not they have what I'm looking for. Disappointing interaction.

Yung from V-Care was amazing. She was relentless in trying to find the medication and insurance approval we needed. When we ran into a dead end on the coverage, she found another way to help us. Very pleased with the service she provided. She even invited me to call back if we ran into any other problems. Above and beyond service. In my experience it doesn’t get any better than this.

I never thought that I would say I love any pharmacy. Far from it. However these guys are amazing. I transferred everything over to them couple of years ago and I'm never going back. They are wonderful. Personal. It's a great care of you.

Horrible simply they don't care about patients. I had a call with them they stated that the insurance refused to give the amount of supply the provider prescribed and they are asking ME to give them the reason for why the provider prescribed that amount . I asked them to call the provider after alot of back and forth they agreed to send the supply one month at a time and that I should expect the medication in two days the next day I receive a call late on the after noon stating that thuelley processed the card and there is $4 remaining out if more than $+00 copaymenr . They stated they are not sending the medd till the $4 are paid. This pharmacy needs to be audited for delaying patient care. Ridiculous experience. The pharmacist only cared to collect the money .Stay away . Horrible care

Unfortunately This is not a great place. Somewhat unorganized. Weird reasons for not doing or providing certain things. This place leaves me confused and wondering what potential value proposition they present to any of their customers.
