Terrible custumer service. Came to pick up a package for my mom and the lady was super rude and told me that my mom had to come pick it up. I tried explaining to her that she couldnt come, but she did not speak english and did not understand me. She kept telling me to bring my mom.

Not good my package was signed for and then returned to sender before reaching the allotted number of days I had to pick the package up. Never got an explanation for this and had to take up the issue with Amazon myself.

Amazing! The two staff members were fantastic. The customer service experience was worth it. Knowledgeable staff members with a very kind way to explain the options that UPS provides. I'll definitely recommend this store.
