Went to look at dining rom set we saw on line. Met with Julie who was very attentive and knowledgeable. Ended up purchasing a dining room set. Living y set and bedroom set. Highly recommend. Furniture was top notch. No cheap fake wood.

Meh. People working there don't want to be working there... I understand they work on commission but could still be a little friendlier. Items are marked up then marked "sale" but in reality their "sale" price is what you'll pay somewhere else...Wasn't impressed with the furniture like I thought I would be. It was okay. The down in the dumps service annoyed me more than anything. I expected more from Macys. Still worth a shot to look around if your shopping for furniture.

Their 3rd party delivery service, White Glove, cancelled my approved delivery without a phone call. Waited three hours, jumped through many hoops to find out what happened to me delivery? Zip. No answer why it was cancelled same day of delivery.I had to keep calling to get a reschedule. Even though my sofa was being stored 30 minutes away, I had to wait four days.One of the movers was talking on his cell to his girlfriend while the other mover practically delivered my sofa alone. He gave me the White Glove Delivery Commitment Checklist and told me to say I had outstanding service. Not one thing was done that was on that checklist!! Terrible delivery service that is done by a third party moving co.
