Franklin st is my backup branch for all my banking needs. The service there is great. Lauren always keeps me up to date with any TD promotions & always has the answers I need.

I needed to deposit cash locally so I opened an account with this bank online. They locked me out of my account without telling me the account number or letting me set a password. Their phone customer service rep did help with that. Next I took my debit card to deposit the cash at their atm at this location. I could not. Only deposit checks. I went back when the branch opened. When I walked in I saw 4 women and 1 man working there. I wasn't greeted but grunted at. I filled out my deposit slip and went over to the counter where 3 of the women were working but no one wanted to make eye contact with me. Finally one women looked at me and told me to wait. Okay. Finally I did get another women to come help but she was not nice. I don't understand why not a single person in there could smile at me, say "good morning" or at the VERY least, say thank your or have a nice day. I'm a small business owner. You don't treat your customers like a problem.

I am TDBank client since 1986..When this Bank use to have another names.It was "Framingham Saving Bank"and I think "Shawmut Bank".I have no complaints abouth TDBank.I recomend business with them.Never had any problem..Very nice bank.

I recently needed to deposit a stimulus check for a handicapped senior relative who resides in assisted living. I called TDBank to explain that she is unable to personally deposit the check. They stated that I needed power of attorney. Once that was obtained, I called and asked if I could make an appointment, concerned that it could be a lengthy transaction using the drive up window. I was assured that that was not necessary.After waiting 15 minutes, I presented the representative with all needed papers. Again, I asked if I should come inside. Not necessary I was told. 45 MINUTES later, I received the banking receipt. Needless to say there was a horrible traffic jam created. Numerous people got out of their cars to ask me what the hold up was. Guess what? I had no idea because the representative never explained what was holding up the transaction. A security guard would come out from time to time to observe the chaos going on outside but no one addressed the situation. Total incompetence trying to mask as a COVID issue.

I like TD bank, long hrs and customer service but after recent visit to this branch I did not have positive experience. Clerks at counter will try to help but manager wouldn't be for you to the end. They fixed half of my problem .

If you make a deposit into your account at TD Bank, be prepared for them to put a "hold" on the deposit for several days, even if you've deposited from the same source many times before. It's their way of earning extra interest on your funds while they are not accessible to you. That's how this bank operates.
