I had a pretty similar experience to Polly below. I brought my almost two-year-old son in for his first haircut, and Lisa cut his hair. The haircut itself is mediocre, the bangs are rather blunt. She didn’t engage too much with my toddler, but he sat still because she had an iPad. my biggest disappointment was that I paid for the first haircut package which is supposed to include a lock of hair keepsake but instead of having a lock of his curl cut and put in a bag, she just collected scraps from the ground and put it in a bag. This was pretty disappointing.

Alynn is the best! My toddler hates haircuts… he’s still not used to it and she just handles everything so well. It always comes out amazing!

I might be being generous with my stars. This was my daughters first haircut (she's almost 2) and I mentioned that when I walked in. My friend had recommended Snip-its needham but they were booked for the day, so I went to framingham (you can only book online day of). I don't know the name of the woman who cut my daughters hair because she never introduced herself. She never asked me what I wanted done, so I just started talking about it, which she sort of acknowledged. She never said anything about how we should/could sit (my daughter is shy so I put her on my lap and I squished into the chair). She started by putting the bib on my daughter (no spoken words yet from the hairdresser besides when we checked in, "follow me"). When my daughter cried she commented "it's always the bib." So we took it off. She only told my daughter she was doing well after I said something to my daughter. I'd signed up for the first hair-cut package at my friend's suggestion, and when it was time to take our picture at the end she just held up a camera as if I knew what was happening. Again, zero words. My daughters hair is shorter, and she listen to my requests, so at least there's that. Basically, she did the bare minimum, if that. Highly do not recommend for your first time experience!!

Love it here.. Alynn does such an amazing job.. I am always very happy with my 2 yr old’s haircut and many have commented on how great it looks! In addition to doing a great job she is always so patient and gets it done super quick but without rushing.

Alynn was exceptional with my two kids! She made my daughter feel very special and did a great job with my 1.5 year old son’s haircut. Very convenient hours for busy parents and I can always book online for same day which has been great. I definitely recommend bringing your kids here.

Not as fun as it used to be. Book online to wait in a boring Lobby. No bells and whistles here except the toy drop at the end. Disappointing considering the Old shoppers World location (that had kids games and tvs in lobby). Nothing. Our haircut was okay, the Stylist was very nice and good with my child was the only reason I gave a third star.

Nothing special, you can get almost the same service in any other salon. Just give your kid a phone during haircut and a toy after ?♀️

Great, fun place for kids. Tablets help distract the children and the prize at the end is exciting for them. I recommend visiting Amy she always does a fabulous job. Thank you!

Quick and easy hair cut. My son did great and the staff was so patient with him. Definitely recommend. Just an fyi they use screen time to help kids stay still and be distracted.
