Wouldn’t take credit card and claimed to be cash only. Website and receipt has option for credit card.Charged $35 storage fee for same day towing when it was not stored anywhere.Also was not properly strapped down on rig. Fine for a short tow, but not good for any distance.

After dealing with AAA for a couple hours only to find out they couldn’t provide a truck for a parking garage, I was stuck looking for a local company that was available late at night. Gave Smittys a call and they were there helping me out quicker than the hold time was for AAA late at night. Very happy with their service and would recommend them for your towing needs.

They like to put the rear lights on you at night and blind you, and didn’t have a clue I followed it home to prindiville ave. Overall I would say about as bright as a zero watt lightbulb. A result of the long walk to get here I’m sure amigo. Good luck with that.Service: Local hauling

I recently used Smnitty for a local tow when I experienced a flat tire. The driver, Ed coudl not have been more courteous and helpful in helping me get teh vehcile to a plcae that coudl fix it. I would recommend them to family and friends

Called about pricing for a flat tire. Told them I'd call them back. And I did.... 12 times to no answer at 6 p.m. Guy on the phone was rude and quick with me like I was bothering him.I ended calling Henry's they were amazing and there in 10 minutes

My bike got towed after I was hit by a car and was already at the hospital, the next day I called them and they said it was $236 to get it out but then when I showed up they said it was $270 because it was there for "2 days" when it was maybe in there lot for 17 hours. On top of that my invoice said I had to pay $65 for straps. What the hell am I paying for straps for?? Worst tow company I've ever dealt with.
