Charging yourself for not being able to get to an appointment $83 dlls is a mockery, nor does a doctor of people do it, when they make us wait there 15min or more we are going to charge them also our waiting time.

I was only here for 5 minutes. My cat was really sick so they had me immediately bring him to the veterinary hospital that was 5 minutes away. They didn't charge me anything and they were really nice.

We really value and appreciate Slade Vet Hospital. We have been coming to them since 1993. When there has been a less than positive encounter with staff, which has been twice in 31 yrs the practice has heard my concern and strived for excellence. We are grateful to have them caring for our 3rd four legged child ?

Several months back I had an appointment with Slade, I had to reschedule somewhat last minute due to my older dog not feeling well and not up to being transported from home to the vet. The vet was well aware that he was nearing the end of his life (we had been there several times in the months leading up) and that we were having to adjust last minute based on his condition. When I had to cancel last minute there was zero concerns from the receptionist, and the very first thing they said, and only thing, was that we owed them money for the cancellation.
My dog passed a few days later with assistance of another vet.
I cannot properly express here how awful Slade has been and the entire experience has only shown me, and hopefully to whoever is reading this, to go elsewhere as this vet truly does not care about you or more importantly your pet. Dealing with this from Slade, finding a new vet, and dealing with our old boy who was struggling was unnecessary and Slade only cared about making a buck. They should be ashamed of themselves.
We have since moved to Framingham Animal Hospital who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the passing of our pup and our rescuing of another, I would recommend anyone else do the same and look elsewhere.

By far the worst pet clinic i have been to. This one male vet tech in particular from the start was just super unprofessional. You need to train your staff on how to talk to patients or don’t work with patients at all. I came in and sat down.. he called my pets name So i answered w a smile and he said “alright lets go” with a blank face and attitude. Don’t work there if you don’t want to be there. It was a super unwelcoming experience. The vet was super nice though, and super knowledgeable

A very upsetting experience. We took our very healthy 3 year old dog in because he had thrown up a few times in the past few days after a walk in the woods and drinking questionable standing water. He's had all his shots but the vet was yelling at me in front of my daughter. She was aggressive and hostile for no reason. We left shocked with no treatment for our dog. My daughter was very upset. No idea why she attacked us. The vet did not care about our dog at all. First time we ever brought him in outside his annual. It was awful. Can't recommend anyone go here.

I should have known the moment I tried to make an appointment at this place. The receptionist was full of it, and what was even worse was when I showed up and the doctor she was just stoic also the fact that my 12 year old son really wanted to be at this appointment and anytime he tried to talk with the doctor she just wasn't having it it goes to show this facility is only for breeding dogs purposes. my family dogs literally got together by accident, and I wanted them to go to the best place this was the most unwelcoming place ever! oh, and they highly recommend that I got the X-ray to see how many babies for that extra money the doctor was wrong and my 12-year-old son was actually correct. I will not be bringing my puppies here for a future visit I'm going to go with somebody who actually cares about the animals and their humans and not people with smug looks across their face or maybe it's just the facelift or botox either way their energy made it known I will never go there again! so that being said, maybe the doctor should retire. This was supposed to be literally one of the happiest times, and the staff just couldn't be bothered except for one girl who was a vet assistant. I worked in a vet clinic in Japan with the military and didn't deal with such dismissive people. I was dealing with people from all different parts of the world and ranks and never felt like this. I'm all set. Good luck. All 9 healthy goldendoodle littles ?

We were worried about neutering our ridgeback because of a possible previous reaction to anesthesia, Dr. Fiaemgo and her tech Jessie took the time in in an initial consultation to put those fears at rest with the Dr. literally taking the time to sit on the floor and explain the procedure with me and my buddy (the ridgeback). Cut to 9 days Post-surgery with this previous cryptorchid and he’s back to himself. The admins made it quick and easy and Jessie was there through the whole process. Super caring…. Thank you a 5 Stars ⭐️ all around
