“I went into this Nordstrom to get a gift for my girlfriend. Serrenda greeted me at the door with a smile. Serrenda was super professional and knowledgeable about what is in style currently. I asked her about what to get for the gift because I don’t know what girls want. She took me around the whole store and showed me the best stuff that’s in style. ( I told her what her style is ) she showed me the best deals in the store. She took me to the case where all edgy stuff is in it. Here is it I found the best gift. Also it was marked down on top 40 percent extra off. I ended up getting a 3k Chloe bag that was marked down to 400 dollars and 800 dollar Burberry scarf for 140. Definitely ask for Serrenda when you go here and have questions about what’s in style or what to get for gifts”

He has been great from the first lesson on, analyzing my swing mechanics and fundamentals (from club drawback, ball contact follow through weight transfer. Matt has great (informative) feedback through his own observations backed up with video feedback from the Trackman System. My game is still work in progress but Matt is just the type of instructor to help me get to the next step of improvement of my game! I highly recommend him to golfers at all levels of the game!”

“I ordered (2) pairs of shoes online for in-store pick up. I was not getting any updates from the website/app, so I used the live chat and got some more info. The shoes had been at the location but hadn't been sorted- hence the lack of status update. An associate Jose took the time to look me up and go back and forth to find out if they were there- and they were. I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for him because live info is quicker than virtual sometimes. Thank you Jose! (I'm writing this before I go get them so I don't forget to give him praise)”
