This hotel is run down and filthy. The doors in the portal has filthy handles with chipped paint. The entrance mats are filthy. From my initial horrible visual impression and the absence of cars in the parking lot, I thought that the hotel was closed but unfortunately it wasn't. I booked what used to be a five star hotel and paid 230 bucks a night because I booked on my Marriott account...that is a rip off but my fault for trusting the brand....it is now a backpackers hotel and prices on the hotel websites are 100 bucks lower than I paid. This is an absolute disgrace.

Very nice up-to-date in many ways the service was great. Clean overall had a great experience.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and it was up-to-date no mismatch furniture, etc.
Food & drinks: I love that this is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel.

Echoing what a few other have said here. If your room faces the truck/ train yard, you will not be able to sleep. All night I heard the constant banging of trucks and trains being loaded and unloaded. The light from the train yard combined with a lack of blackout curtains in the room didn’t help either.
No complaints about the staff. If you are forced to stay here, demand a room that faces away from the train yard.

Well worn Sheraton property. To be fair, they are going through remodeling. Outside looks amazing at night, Bavarian castleish. Inside has some of the motif in lobby area. Signage for amenities is scarce and small. Ice machines weren't working on some floors. While the location is right off Mass Pike on Rt 9, the driveway sneaks up on you very quickly! The best feature of the hotel is the staff, warm, friendly and helpful! Front desk and housekeeping especially!

OK. Booked the Tara ( I remember when it was built) because it was available. Glad to re-acquaint with this real hotel. Even in this hyper busy location the room was quiet and excellent. Got a great night sleep and a decent meal. Good things aren’t cheap. Worth it !

Elliott from the front desk and the attending manager deserve recognition. I had to cancel two rooms last minute due to the delta flight delays expecting to lose out money on the rooms. However, not only did they waive the cancellation fee, they didn’t charge for the rooms at all! Thank you Elliott for your empathy over the phone and thank you manager for the pleasant surprise. Well done!

Definitely stay here, the bathroom is clean, the shower/tub is clean. A blow dryer under the sink.
The room is fully carpeted, has a TV, modern thermostat, double beds was my accommodation. They have shampoo, condition, body wash, etc.
There's a safe in the closet. Alarm clock, coffee maker, ice cube holder etc.

This hotel is in great need of repair. It is dirty, rooms need updating, it was damp and there were weird things like a glass of vinegar hidden under our bed to cover up other smells. The whole room smelled damp and like cigarettes with an overtone of vinegar. There were strange carpet stains, rips in the couch cushions, and general signs of age. The on site staff was wonderful, but I could not stay again based on the condition of the hotel.

Room was okay but the shampoo was kind of sticky which I had to learn the hard way. The bed was also very uncomfortable at night and I was so hot that I could barely sleep. Service was great though!

While our room was oversold on Priceline so we didn't get to stay here, we had a great experience with Joseph, the night manager, who found us a sister hotel and treated us with incredible kindness and understanding. What an asset to the Marriott brand.

The photos of this hotel are misleading! My suite was dark and weird. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom was tiny and had a shower curtain. Right outside of my window were floodlights that the blackout shades couldn’t totally exclude. For $250, you could stay a LOT of nicer places. The service was great though.
