Reasonable prices, all equipment in good working order, clean and comfortable. The free coffee at the convenience store next-door is a super nice touch. Certainly my favorite area laundromat!

I had an awful experience here just last week. I work for a large laundry company and when my customer has a larger then normal size order, I will typically take it to the laundromat. I had whites in one machine and the colors in another. I came back just minutes after they had finished their dry cycle, I live only minutes away from here, and I opened up the dryer containing all of my customers white sheets pillow cases, a few pairs of socks and a shirt or 2 and they were all brown!! The dryer had burnt them all. They were even melted in some places. It had nothing to do with the material of the sheets because even the socks were burnt. I immediately contacted the owner and I have yet to receive an apology or the money back to replace them. Of course I received an awful review, I didn't make a cent of what I was supposed to make on the order and my rating plummeted due to my customers unsatisfied remarks. Now nothing could have changed the fall out as a result of this awful incident, but I'll tell ya that a simple "I am sorry, what can we do to help", from the owner would have gone a long way!! I actually had to contact him to inform of the number of the dryer since he never even asked. Clearly I was more worried about it happening to someone else then he was.

Half of the machines are out of service. The rest are filled with loads of laundry that have been done for 30+ minutes, and there are no available bins to empty said loads into. Horrible upkeep, owners just want to make a quick penny with no investment in repairs or upkeep.

This laundry mat is so terrible it's the reason I want to move out and find somewhere else that has laundry this place is over priced and the machines are old and smell weird you will spend over 30 bucks to do laundry and leave feeling like your clothes are still dirty

Was 3 min after my timer was done and someone moved my clothes but ok. What got me was that i ran outa cash and coins and used my card only 1 swipe for a dryer that was $1 but charged my card $5 for 12 min?!? Yea first and last time here

the washer says credit card readers say the price the small units $ 4.00 for credit or debit it charged $ 5.00 no where in whole place does it say any extra charges use cash or you get ripped off buyer beware
