Pulling my business account and all my money out of santander. Just left this location and they would not let me deposit checks into my own business account. I've never needed to have my name on my business account. Apparently I'm not a signer for said account. That also means that I cannot send any of my workers to make a deposit. Final straw with Santander

Beware just discontinued redeeming savings bonds for customers! Would not cash my $100 dollar savings bond. Even after being a loyal customer for 20 years!

This is the best ATM in the world because you can take out as much as you want and then whatever kind of bills that you want five tens 20s 50s one-hundred-dollar ???‼️??

Why is the ATM never open, this is seriously a terrible bank. I can never take money out of an ATM it's either :temporarily out of order" or they shut it down to clean the parking lot at random hours. Thinking about switching to DCU honestly. Today once again it is not in service.

This location has exceptional customer service. Santander Bank is well known for its excellent customer service but This location is exceptional. From the teller, the assistant manager (I think that’s her tittle but all I remember is that she had a very difficult name and double last names) to The manager.I was there a couple of times and both times they were extremely helpful and I am not even a customer any longer.Great experience for me both times!

We got their 10 mins before closing and the lady refused to give us service.. because they are closing “soon”. Just needed to get joined account for paperwork that we needed. She told us that they it’s too late and the branch is closing so just told us to go another location. This was the nearest location to where we live and we made 40 min drive for it. Really rude and lazy employee

I got my 300.00 for opening an account but then my local branch is closed. I use a power chair so it's very difficult to get to a branch.

I don't recommend this bank they hungry for fees they have fees for everything if you want a none fee account you need at least $20000 or the other option is to make at least 1 transaction per month so why do I have to dance with their songs go to mutal 1 as little as.$100 you get free checking account you can leave it there until doomsday and no fees .

A Deceiptful bank that offers a $225 bonus for new accounts then won't make good on them after meeting all requirements. I'm currently fighting for my bonus now after signing up last fall. May end up in small claims just to prove a point. Also Santander ATMs everywhere are the slowest on the planet.

One of the worst banks I have ever had ! Would not recommend to Anyone!!!!! At 3 am in the morning I got stranded on the streets of Boston beacuse none of the 5 Santander atms would accept a cash deposit!!! And on top of that ate my debit card and the customer support was closed !!!! Do not bank with them . You will have better luck with a credit union!!
