Customer service and knowledge was great. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly on the exact day I requested. They also had all the equipment in stock. Price was exactly what I anticipated. My only complaint is that I was told the install would take one hour. I had a 12pm appointment but didn't leave until 2:30pm. So it was more than twice as long as promised. They were busy though, people coming in and out of the store the entire time I was there. All and all I am happy with everything. Thanks for the help and expertise!
Update 11/9/24: lost my keys to the hullavator and wanted it off before Winter. They quickly found the right key and even demonstrated and removed the hullavators for me. Thanks again!

I love the Rack Attack Boston store in Framingham - the staff is exceptional, very knowledgeable, never force you to buy things that are not needed and overall great customer service. Will recommend anyone who are looking to addon quality products to your car for your activities outside.

I purchased a Yakima jetstream rack system and Thule Hullavator for a sea kayak on the advice from RackAttack. The installation of both took about a day. Many many thanks to Matt Z. from the Boston store who was helpful throughout. He answered the phone with my first questions around 9:30, before the store was open. Then he walked me through the directions several times during subsequent phone calls during the day until the end. In the afternoon, he guided us through the confusing Thule directions several times, indicating the right manual pages, since the jetstream is new, and the Thule directions need to be adapted. In particular, he told us NOT to cut the top rubber long seal from the Jetstream when installing the Hullavator based on top of it. The square bolts just slide on top of it, no need to cut. This worked perfectly. He also looked for additional Utube videos when I couldn't find an appropriate one, and confirmed there aren't any for this combination. Matt was patient, persistent, knowledgeable and helpful through all my questions. I couldn't have done it without his help. RackAttack owes its success to associates like him.
Update: I finally visited their location in the Boston suburbs and they fixed a small problem with my rack.

The folks at Rack Attack know their stuff! We did have one issue with something we bought but they resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We would definitely go there again!

This place makes it easy to navigate the totally unintelligible world of car racks for all your gear like bikes and boats. There are so many different fitments so many different types of racks so many different attachment points on cars it was all Greek to me.
