Pro Cut, who drives this company car?
ProCut driver purposely drove on the WRONG side of the road, passing cars (those cars were not stopped- they were driving), almost causing an accident. They obviously don’t care about families.

Been coming here for over 10 years. It was 5 stars until about a year ago. Now it’s only 2. Price has gone up and service has gone down. Sorry Dat but it is what it is. After his nephews like Jason left, it’s just a husband and wife show. Longer wait. He has no attention to detail. My haircut looks different each time. Sometimes he sounds very disgruntled. The haircut now is like Supercuts level. I found another Viet barber (in Dorchester) with great skill and no wait. It’s time to hire some helping hands. He must have enough business or think my business is guaranteed.

I am very glad I found this salon! Previously I would have to go to China town to get my haircut done but now finally found one near me. I will definitely be going back. The price is also reasonable and I really liked my haircut.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Called over a week ago to schedule an appointment and mentioned that I lived over 2 hours away as someone recommended them. I called on the day of to confirm and make sure we are all set. Drove 2 HOURS!!! For the person working there to tell me they ‘actually don’t have a toner and can’t do the work’. Zero care about the fact that I drove 2 hours for this appointment. ?

Best haircut I have had so far outside of Chinatown. A lot of braber can only repeat the same few haircuts for everyone. Dat truly know how to make the haircut you want look good on you.
