They don't meet the deadline, the service wasn't good, they stop helping you to talk to other people and when they go to get a document from the office they stop to talk to each other and forget that you're waiting. We pay but they treat us as if we depended on them, forgetting that they are providing a service to whoever is paying. LACK OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
