Framingham Animal Hospital
1415 Edgell Rd, FraminghamI’ve been a loyal client of Framingham Animal Hospital since 2010, starting with my previous dog, who has since passed away. The care they provided during his later years was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure his comfort.
Last Friday, I brought my large Labradoodle, Chloe, who is a bit of an extreme scaredy-cat, in for her routine check-up. I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with Dr. Levenson and vet tech Nat. They were patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make Chloe feel comfortable, which is no easy task.
Additionally, Chloe needed allergy medication, and Dr. Levenson thoroughly explained all the options available. Together, we decided on the best treatment plan, and since then, my wife and I have finally been able to sleep through the night—no more scratching or licking from our girl!
When I got home, I couldn’t stop telling my wife how impressed I was with the care Chloe received. Both Dr. Levenson and Nat made me feel at ease, and more importantly, Chloe felt at ease too. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to let others know how wonderful Framingham Animal Hospital truly is.

PetSmart Doggie Day Camp
1 Worcester Rd, FraminghamI visited this location for the first time last week, and was pleasantly surprised. There was NO animal or pet food odor at all, unlike many similar stores. It all seemed nice and clean. I was there for the fish section, and the tanks were pretty clean and fish looked healthy. Their live aquarium plant selection was rather small BUT they were almost all in good condition, which is rather rare for chain store plants. Their live Betta fish were all in clean water, and also looked healthy. You can tell a lot about a location by how their Bettas look. As an ex-parakeet parent, I also looked in on theirs, and they, too, looked perky and healthy. I will definitely go again in the future, as long as the standards are being kept up.

Exhibit 'A' Brewing Company
81 Morton St, FraminghamExhibit 'A' Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in Framingham, Massachusetts in September 2016. It was founded by brewer Matthew Steinberg. The brewmaster has over 20 years of experience and worked at a variety of different bay state breweries such as Harpoon Brewery, Offshore Ale Company, Mayflower Brewing Company, and High Horse Brewery & Bistro. While working at the latter, Steinberg heard that Jack's Abby Craft Lagers was moving out of their brewery for a larger space down the street. Seeing an opportunity to make something that was his own, he jumped at the chance to acquire the vacated brewing space. At Exhibit 'A', Steinberg offers a variety of different beer styles crafted with quality, locally-sourced ingredients. I recently visited Exhibit 'A' Brewing while I was cycling around the Framingham area. Obviously I had to visit the more well-known area brewery: Jack's Abby. While they have great beer, and a large space, they also tend to get very crowded. I actually prefer breweries that are smaller and more intimate. Another beer blogger had tipped me off about Exhibit 'A' Brewing and told me that they shouldn't be overlooked. Not long after my visit to Jack's Abby, I parked my bicycle outside of Exhibit 'A'. Although they are small, the space is cozy and quiet. After grabbing a table, I ordered a sampler flight that included "The Cat's Meow" (New England IPA), "Hair Raiser" (Double IPA), "Sunday Paper" (Imperial Coffee Stout), and "Weights & Measures" (Barleywine). The Double IPA was my favorite; it had excellent grapefruit notes! I really enjoyed my experience at Exhibit 'A'. Although most craft beer fans will come to Framingham to visit Jack's Abby, Exhibit 'A' also holds its own and should not be overlooked.
