I've been in the market for an office chair, potentially 4 to fill out a home office space for myself and 3 others. Local office liquidation businesses in my area offer 1-5 year warranties, as well as the promise to match item prices to that of a competitors if the price is lower (whether buying in low or high quantities). I sent a message to Peachtree Office Furniture simply asking if they offered those same promises. No response. I called the office and explained the situation, and was laughed at, and was then treated as if I was asking a crazy question. Whoever answered explained that they don't really care about small scale purchases, that what they mainly do is commercial work, that they're not a retailer, that they only ship very locally. I wonder then, why include the ability to get a quote for as low as 1-4 units on their site? Why act as though anything I was saying was crazy, even though all of these questions came from the fact that businesses near me explicitly listed those same things on their site?Summary: Rude customer service

I spent thousands of dollars at Peartree Office. What i purchased and what they gave me are 2 different things. They refuse to exchange or return calls. beware.

The gentleman that helped was polite and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the prices on their website were not honored and all of the prices went up last minute including delivery. Felt scammed... especially since princes advertised in MA need to be honored... but its not worth fighting. Not trustworthy... Thankfully there is plenty of other companies other there that do business fairly. I went somewhere else and am so happy that I did.

Pairtree has a great selection of mid and high-end used office chairs, along with other office equipment. I purchased a chair from them. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating in the selection process. Because of their return process, professionalism, and selection, I definitely recommend.

We have had several wonderful experiences with Peartree! Richard helped us with both purchases. He was knowledgeable and helped us create a more efficient and space saving configuration for our office. He was extremely patient with us when he came out to the office as we hadn't decided on exactly what we needed. He helped us design a wonderful office configuration & assisted with picking the correct pieces. The prices were also much lower than some of their competitors. We love our new office furniture and loved our experience with Peartree even more!!

Thank you peartree office furniture!!! I LOVE my keilhauer chairs! If you are looking for durable high quality furniture, don't buy anything until you visit peartree's showroom. I got rid of my ikea sofa and purchased 2 keilhauer grand lounge chairs along with 2 very rare keilhauer tablett swivel chairs, all in like new condition for less than $1,000. After I bought them I did some research and found out the 4 of these chairs have a combined list price of around $18,000! To top it all off, the sales & delivery staff were truly exceptional! Everyone was extremely kind, accommodating, and proficient. My dog is quite upset that she can't monopolize the old couch anymore, but I am THRILLED!

Great selection of lightly used office furniture. Great prices on most items and have a wide variety of things you didn't know you needed. Very quiet and organized however you do have to maneuver through a maze of office chairs. My only complaint is the walk up all those stairs and around creepy corridors.

We bought two high end office chairs for less than half the price they would cost if we bought them new. Richard was very helpful and had the chairs cleaned before we took them home. Great quality furniture - you can barely tell they were used.
