Second time going to an O’Reilly’s and being told they couldn’t help me with changing my headlight. The guy helping me seemed nice enough and helped me in buying the headlights I needed but told me he couldn’t help install them because he was the only one on floor. (People we’re walking around behind him in the shop so I do not know if that’s even true) It’s really disappointing that a service is advertised as being done there but then you get told no they can’t do it. Will not be back to an O’Reilly in the future.

Grate people very helpful and they care about getting you the right prat the first time the one time I had a mix up on different part numbers they fixed it and got me the part I needed the next day 10/10
