Ordered and received a damaged dining table. When I called the store to return it, the rude salesman started yelling and saying that it is sold as is... It was a brand new table! Avoid this place at all costs.

I needed to furnish and entire new home and was looking for contemporary pieces. While the Neo store showroom has limited numbers of items on display the amount of furniture selections that they can obtain are very large. All furniture is European so the selections are very different from what one would find in the usual local furniture stores. Gary and svetlana provide a lot of guidance and advice on selecting the pieces and explaining how they configure and can be customized to fit what you need. While the furniture is expensive (less than the in-town Boston design furniture showrooms) the pieces are beautiful and worth the money. The pieces are shipped from overseas and are able to be delivered anywhere (for a cost) but their own delivery guys, max and uri are not the “ryder last mile” delivery guys. After driving from Boston to Florida, these two men spent hours carefully un-boxing each piece in my home, laying them out on moving blankets to patiently assemble and setting up the pieces just as I wanted them. After having two other furniture store deliveries earlier in the week marred by no less than 2 damaged items each, the delivery experience with my neo order was incomparable. I would highly recommend neo furniture if you want contemporary unique high quality furniture pieces with confidence that the pieces will be delivered in perfect condition. High-quality, durable furniture with personalized customer service. This is the second time I am furnishing my place at NEO Interiors and I couldn't be happier. The delivery people who assembled all the pieces were excellent too. I would highly recommend this store for beautiful modern European furniture.

Phenomenal service: exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable and kind! I ordered a difficult to find Fjords chair for my husband's birthday way too late, with no hope of receiving it in time. When I let the store know, they delivered it on his birthday and assembled it for us. It was a wonderful surprise! Thanks Gary!

First time we walked into the store we was warmly greeted by Gary; He paid attantionn to every detail and was able to find us our dream dining room and sofa; We have purchased few items since; However recently we have build a new house that needed to be re-furnished. Neo was the furniture store of choice for us. Gary has used his fantastic intuition and style. He was able to help us retain some older furiture pices we had and blend it well with new items we added. He creatively brainstorm alternatives, fabric choices, shapes, flow, you name it. We are so grateful to him for helping us through this process. I should add that i am kinda picky, and he was able to thoughtfully respond to all my needs, special requests, etc with ease. We have depended on Neo Furniture for individual pieces, but they really excel at helping you scope out and design an entire living space.thank you !!!

I had a great experience at Neo. Gary, the store owner, was very generous with his time and helped me to select the perfect furniture for my living room.The furniture was delivered a few days ago and the delivery was organized very well - delivery people were cordial and professional and I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience and highly recommend the Neo furniture to everybody who is looking for quality European furniture and for great service.I very rarely write reviews, but in this particular case I was so happy with my buying experience that I felt I needed to share it.

With country emerging from coronavirus, we expected long-overdue family reunion for Memorial day weekend. At quite last moment we decided it would be nice to replace a bed in guest bedroom so people can be more comfortable... The problem was that we had just few days left, so we were sure we set unrealistic goal... Just to try, I contacted NEO Furniture by email with the question. We know and trust this store because we got multiple furniture pieces from them over the years. To my delight, Gary came back to me immediately with few options available for immediate delivery, and from this point everything was just a breeze. All options were excellent, we selected one , paid ( everything was done online) , sofa was immediately ordered in New Jersey warehouse and while-glove delivered to us in 2 days ! Impeccable service from start to end, and we cannot be happier. I recommend this store to family and friends, and next time we'd need new furniture pieces, NEO Furniture will be once again our first choice. There is no other store to beat their selection of modern furniture, prices and level of service!
