Went for a pedicure with a friend... the related services were sloppy. The polish was applied thickly on some nails, thinly on others. My nails were clipped in a shape that reminds me of Gumby's head, high on the left, low on the right. Additionally, after putting my friend in the chair, running the water and preparing for her services, they decided they were too busy to accommodate her. She used her gift certificate to cover the cost of my visit. I didn't stay to dry my toes they looked so bad. I didn't leave a tip and I really think we should be reimbursed. Never again.

I went in about a week ago, asked for a very simple almond shape black french tip with a small heart on my middle finger. Before I even got in the chair, the lady doing my nails seemed very annoyed with me. I was in her chair for 2 hours and left with barely mediocre nails and probably could’ve done better myself. I was cut 3 times and didn’t even receive the design I had asked for, left with all black gel polish. Now my GEL polished nails have begun chipping at a rapid rate, and I even have one nail breaking at the top and the acrylic chipping off at the sides of my nails. I do not believe that my nails were worth $56 with how I left. Worst experience at a nail salon in a while.

Andy is such an amazing, kind and fantastic nail tech, he is patient and listens and takes his time and so efficient! Nails and pedi r always perfect!

Have been coming here for years but somehow entirely unrecognized. Came in to get my nails done before the holidays and the technician was annoyed the entire time. You'd think I was somehow bothering her. I had pointed out which color I wanted on the display and she barked at me that it was dip and not gel and so I asked if they had the same color for gel, which she said she grabbed. It was not the same color. Nails came out mediocre and I don't have time to get them redone. I guess it's time to find a new nail salon.

The workers are nice and the prices are decent. I may or may not get a good gel depending on who does my nails. This is place is kind of disgusting. One day I noticed white film on the marbles they put in the water to soak your nails. Today I noticed, after cutting my cuticles, the lady rinsed the cuticle cutter (with all of my cuticle skin) in the water I was dipping my finger nails in. She poured out the water and gentle rinsed the marbles and placed it right back in with the other marbles ready for next use. They need a better way of disinfecting their supplies. Not to mention how disgusting their foot scrub is.

Got a manicure here just under 4 days ago. The staff that did my manicure was rude, when the color was wrong and I went to pick a new powder (which I didn’t even know what they’d look like once on the nail) I was shoved. The nail job was uneven, one of my nails is crooked and the French tips are mediocre at best. To put the cherry on top, one of my nails just popped off today with no force or anything. This is more than disappointing for the amount that I paid for this.Services: Manicure

I've been looking for a good place to go to get my acrylic nails done and I think I just found the spot!! This place is so clean and obviously they are doing something right the doors kept opening with more customers every time you turned around... my nails look great. The prices are reasonable too so I'm just very happy I found this place.

Received a dip manicure. Not the first one I've had, I've had many times before. Within 24 hours the entire polish lifted right off my finger ... in one solid piece, looked like a press on nail. This was while washing my hands. Unfortunately, I was on vacation so I spent my entire holiday with one finger unpolished. When I returned home from vacation, they "fixed" the one nail, and then the polish started dropping off of my other fingers. In some cases the polish just dropped off without me noticing in a solid piece, but in other cases, it half lifted off my finger in one solid piece that remained partially attached to my finger nail, so it would then rip the rest of the way off when it snagged on some thing, peeling a layer of my nail with it!!! In total five nails of polish came off. I went back and ask them just to remove it from the remaining nails, afterwards, they had the audacity to charge me for the removal!!! No stars is not a possible review. My fingernails are destroyed, they refused to accept responsibility, blamed me for the polish, dropping off my fingers, then charged me to have it removed from the remaining fingers!!! I never write reviews, but I feel a public service announcement was needed for this business. Clearly a mistake was made on their behalf. The honest and correct thing for them to have done would've been to except responsibility, redo the manicure, and perhaps even offered a free manicure for a future visit. That would've gone along way to affirm good customer relations, and repair my bad experience! But nope that's not what happened so here I am writing a review.

Came to get my nails done (dip on my natural nails) and within 2 days 2 of my nails chipped, the 3ed day another nail, by the 4th/5th day all of my nails were chipping. I couldn't come in right away to get them fixed due to the holiday weekend so they told me I would have to pay for a whole new set if I couldn't come in the day I called, even though my nails chipped 2 days after getting them done. Will not be going back here.Service: Manicure

In my opinion this is the best nail salon in Framingham. I have been getting professional manicures for about 25 years, so I know what I want and am a bit particular about certain things.Nails 21 always does a great job no matter who I see. They take their time and really do a great job cleaning up the cuticles and removing those pesky ingrown nails. So, not only do my feet look a lot better I am SO much more comfortable after a pedicure.Same goes for manicures…. I work with a lot of cleaning supplies and wash my hands a lot, so my hands take a beating and I often have dry (and admittedly picked at) cuticles. Every time I leave Nails 21 there is nothing left for me to pick at, which is 90% of the reason I get my nails done in the first place.They also have a really nice selection of colors and the salon is always very clean.They always put their tools directly into the autoclave after using them and they use the single use pumice sponges and files.On top of all that, the staff is always very nice and friendly.Services: Gel manicure
