If you plan on using the ATM here..don’t. There’s a select few locations as is, and I travelled to this location multiple times. Today would be the 4th or 5th time it refused my deposit, but it also took my money for the 2nd time. I tried to withdraw and it refused. My card has been locked 3 times in the matter of two weeks for absolutely no reason and no one is available for help when I need it. I’m taking all my funds out of this bank on Monday, and never using them again.

Had withdraw issue $4,215.72 twice ended upon two accounts . I noticed when security called me something was wrong the person said plus $437.00 fine for Non-sufficient funds . So I had walked to window everyone figure out what happened they offered me to get coffe and pizza and Uber to mall for free . Gift cards to davio's that were gold gift card 8 wine SILVER OAK CABERNET NAPA, 2010. They had all of customer service find the issues and how I got charged for $4,215.72 . and other forms of fraud to illegally arrange to have their children admitted to top from stoke brokers to spread germous trust funds that were copies of inerbez and sold to Irish gags n Poland . Super convenient place for me to stop. Some weekend hours which I appreciate. I like the new ATM with the advanced ability to read checks. Also close to a gas station so I can remember all my errands at once.

Very disappointed with the experience I just had, at the Worcester Rd, Framingham location. I went there to withdraw some money. I was using an other local bank's ATM card. When I got the notification the transaction would cost me $3, I decided to cancel the transaction. At that point, the ATM machine " ate" my card. The assistant manager, Beverly, was rude and condensending. She stated that the bank has no access to an outside ATM, machine,( it's their machine), and my card was Destroyed. And that, maybe, it's something wrong with my card. The whole time she had condescending smile, was not empathetic, even when I told I was going out of town and needed my card. Bad experience, Beverly.
