If you want a good buying experience where you feel like the sales person actually put themselves in your shoes listened to what you had to say and worked WITH you to get the best price possible with as many benefits as possible. I've never met a better salesman; he really knows the consumer market experience overall and with mattresses too. Makes it an easy process.

Not happy! We gave them a good 3 weeks almost to get our mattresses. So we didn’t get the adjustable frames we wanted but they were good about replacing them with equally good ones. Now the delivery guys were great but unfortunately they only brought one frame and so we couldn’t stay in our new home that night! I was hoping they would be able to get us the 2nd frame but the earliest they could do is 4 days later! Very disappointing

There was a good merchandise selection .The sales staff was friendly and professional. They answered our questions and gave us the opportunity to choose freely without pressure.The delivery was efficiently set for the following day..Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We just moved in and we desperately needed a full size mattress, box spring and frame. We called Metro on Monday, spoke to Mr. Young and asked if they had inventory in stock that could be delivered no later than Wednesday and he said yes. We went right over and tested a variety of mattresses in a range of firmness and price. Mr. Young was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We selected the one that fit our needs. And, the bed was delivered the next day and fully set up by courteous delivery men and the old mattress removed. We are very satisfied customers.
