I’ve been using this lab to test products for three years. They are thorough, diligent, and knowledgeable. Their testing process is efficient. I’ve dropped samples off and received results within a couple of days. The staff is always welcoming and kind.

Do not use MCR Labs if you are testing CBD/Delta 8 products, they’re not set up to test small amounts of THC/Delta8, I got all wrong lab results sent back by MCR, I went to a real certified lab that has plenty of accreditations and my products tested at what they should.

Very impressive service with fast turnaround time. Knowledgeable and attentive professional staff. MCR Labs is clearly the best CBD testing lab in the area.

2-5 day turnaround? I submitted my sample on the 4th of March. It's now the 22nd. I've called three times and every time the front desk girl says oh it's only been x amount of days call back x. Tomorrow's the fourth time I'm calling for my results, because it's still not in the report portal. Absurd.Edit: update: Called back today, and I was told that Friday the wait time went up to 13-15 days and I'm on day 13 so call back Friday and they'll reach out to the data team. This is rediculous.

I don’t have experience with testing their products, however, their growth has doubled the past year or so but definitely due to their growth, they are in MUCH in need of an “Experienced” Human Resources manager & better implicate a faster/hiring process. And not rely on someone that A. “just out of college” and B. have someone so inexperienced who started as a former admin who is now hiring for the whole company & who doesn’t have any real Human Resources experience that was my take when I interviewed and was not professional at all.

When they say 2-5 business days for testing what they really mean is it is going to 100% take 7-8 calendar days because the first day you drop off does not count towards their timeframe and it will be a MIRACLE if it is done before Friday hits so you wait an additional 2 days on top of the 5-6 that it is going to take. They should just say it takes a week like all other labs say but they want to present this false idea of them being faster so they say 2 days is possible. I run a hemp company and I constantly am testing with these guys for the past 2 years. Hey guys if you're busy dont be afraid to say 5-8 days because thats the reality.
