Do not use the women's restroom. It's a trap. Also. There is no toilet paper except what is all over the floor. Didn't find what I was looking for and couldn't get any help.

I went to this store to return couple of items. Juliet, who is a manager told me she cannot make a return or store credit. She told me I can call customer service and I was on the phone for 10 minutes standing next to cashier until I found out that they are closed on Sundays. Later that week, I went to a different location and returned items without any problems.

Everything is fine until a young guy ring me out, he doesn’t say hi or ask me if i need a bag. That’s fine but he charged me twice for a bag, its only $.10 cents and i dont ask refund for $.10 cents. But when I showed him the receipt to let him know, he just said “oh” not even say sorry for mistake or anything. Ik it such a long day but it isnt a right way to treat your customers.

Was racially profiled today at this Marshall's location by a cashier. Called corporate and spoke to store manager regarding the issue. Store manager claims clerk didn't mean any harm' however harm was already done. I felt like the store manager was making excuses for clerk saying she has been working there a long time and that she never had any problems with her. So, if I never punched someone in the nose before and one day decide to do so, does that make it ok? I have been going to the Framingham Mall for decades and never had a problem until today. Furthermore, a guy in the corporate office named Seth who took my initial complaint to forward it to the assistant director at Corporate was very rude and argumentative on the phone when recording the details of what transpired. Overall, not very satisfied with the outcome of my complaint.

The customer service there is absolutely outstanding. Clerks on the floor with their hands full still said good morning and SMILED. One was so helpful showing me where the Clearance rank was in my size. Plenty of cashiers to check you out. Bravo Marshall's!!????

Today I witnessed elderly and foreigner abuse by the checkout clerk named Ethan T.At the checkout, Ethan harmlessly tried to sell the TJX card to an elderly man. The man didn’t understand what Ethan said and was confused by Ethan’s words. The man responded in a foreign accent and pointed to his ears signaling he didn’t understand or couldn’t hear well. Ethan didn’t stop there, he tried to coerce the customer into giving him an ID and social security number to sign him up for something he didn’t understand. The elderly man was confused by the word ID and thought the clerk was harmlessly asking for ID, so the man pulled out his ID card and showed it to Ethan. Ethan read the ID, which was not from the US, he reluctantly gave up. Ethan and a fellow coworker even joked that they were so close to signing him up.I understand TJX is trying to push the store card and that the employees make a commission, but it’s unethical and maybe criminal to do this to elderly, ESL customers.We like shopping at TJX stores like Marshalls and will continue to shop there, but this story needs to be told.
