What a joke! I called and the phone just rang for 4 minutes so I called back and the phone rang for 8 minutes and then disconnected. I called back again and asked for appliances and it rang at least 5 minutes and was disconnected again. I want to tell them to take this refrigerator I just bought back because this is ridiculous. and the website says they are not busy now. Tuesday 11:49 am. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

After two attempts at Walmart, I decided to come into Lowe’s and I bumped into Brian the paint guy I had a sample of my wall paint and he scanned it and gave me the accurate color I needed I was in and out within 10 mins LOVED IT❤️

It's a big home improvement store. A little short on people who could answer questions the evening we visited, but Saturday evening is not a busy time. It can be crowded on weekend morning as people stock up for their weekend honey-dos.

Always friendly service.
7/24...I just had another excellent shopping experience. I am happy to report that customer service is alive and well at Lowe's. Dale was so friendly and helpful finding a particular potting soil for me. Then when I was checking out Chris opened a new lane up and checked me right out. I wish customer service was like this everywhere.

Had the worst experience while purchasing items from the clearance section. Staff first sent me from self check out to the pro desk. There the employee called for management because pricing was not corrected in the system that was marked on the shelf. No management member showed up.
Went back to clearance ,took pictures of the barcode price on the shelf and now went to customer service for round three. One item rung up no longer for sale . The other I showed them the picture and said they would mark it down. Aggravated I asked to speak with a store manager. Spike with CHRIS . He was condescending and told me he was giving me a deal by selling the item to me at the clearance price that rang up full price because someone must have put it in the wrong location. REALLY!!! I HAD A PICTURE WITH THE CORRECT BAR CODE FOR THE CLEARANCE PRICE!!. WHY HAVE A CLEARABCE SECTION IF NOONE IS MONITORING IT . The other item they would not sell because it should not have been on the shelf! I get treated like I'm attempting to steal from the store because someone does not do their job to remove stock and log in correct pricing discounts!. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money with both a personal and business account in the past 6 years.
To get talked to by a senior staff member like I'm an idiot who can't read a bar code is disgraceful. Why is Chris so miserable! ! was 100% courteous until I was spoken to sarcastically by manager Chris!! After that I wad done being pleasant.

I would like to give some recognition to Cathie I came in about a week ago to pick up a relatively large order of 7/16 osb board it took almost an hour and a half to receive it for me to arrive on the job site and almost half of it be the wrong size. When I came back today to return it and get the correct stuff I was told by an employee that I needed to get the item number which I had no idea how to get thankfully Cathie overheard and came to help not only did she help me with the return she also helped me make sure I got the correct stuff this time

If I could give negative stars I would. This entire company is pathetic. They will make getting every single penny back for a returned item the most difficult process of your life. Take it from me GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Absolute crooks with zero customer service skills
